I went to top nails for a pedicure and manicure and they charge me $61.00. My toenails was not shaped right and my fingernails were not shaped right either. I was the last customer and they rushed me out the door and didn’t allow time for my nails dry. By the time I made it to my car a few of my nails was messed up. The next morning when I woke up my nails looked as if they were melted off my fingers. I came up the next morning less than 24 hours and spoke with the manager. He told me that he don’t recommend people to get there real nails done because polish messes up and it don’t look right. He had an attitude and said that that was nothing he could do to about it and if I wanted someone to fix it I was going to have to pay $61 again after paying $61 the day before. I told him I was not leaving out that shop until they fix my nails. At first he refused and after me fussing at him he decided to do it. I told him I didn’t want to use the same color because that polish was no good he didn’t want to change it and told me that I had to keep the same color. After hollering at him about not wanting that same color he decided to paint it a different color which I chose red. I went home showered put on clothes and this was the ending results. These are the results of Polish that you buy from the dollar store. I never seen anything like this out of 20 years of getting my nails done. When you getting your nails done and if you’re not satisfied with something “the customer is always right” they are supposed to correct the mistakes which the manager did not want to do. I would never ever go back up to that nail spot again. They are crooks and they are watering down their products. Don’t waste your time and money messing with this spot they do not stand behind they work and they will not make corrections when they mess up. Lesson learned!!!

I am totally disgusted with the service I received at this shop. They no longer carry regular nail polish. They have No Chip Only and everyone don’t want that polish which damage your natural nails in the removal process.. You pick out one of those polishes which never dry then they tell you that you have to pay $15 more for No Chip they knew it wouldn’t dry. After, sitting for hours of drying I was out in 10 minutes once I paid the additional funds. I’M JUST SICK OF THESE NAIL SHOPS WITH THESE HIGH A$$ PRICES AND POOR SLICK SERVICE. What nail salon doesn’t carry traditional nail polish?

I got my nails done November 3, 2020 my first time getting my nails done at this shop. The only reason I went was because some of the reviews were good. I wouldn’t go back nor reccomend to anyone. When the guy was doing my nails he use too much polish so it took forever for the polish to dry. When I told him I accidentally nudge it. He told me it’s okay instead of fixing it. If you look at these pics I posted. You’ll notice that you can still see my actual nails. I didn’t get the guys name but I remember he sits closer to the door by the windows.

I have been an on/off customer for years with this particular nail salon. However, today will be my last time ever coming for any service. Hannah is unprofessional and a coward to say the least. She clearly can’t handle when a customer is dissatisfied with her service. I requested a specific nail design on an almond shaped nail… she did not do the service anywhere close to what I requested… so, I asked her to remove it. I also paid for the service. As a result, I’m banned from any future services. It is what it is. I’ll definitely go to another nail shop.

Came here a few weeks ago. They opened at 9:30 and go there around 10am. The shop was extremely crowded but I got in the chair about 30 min later. I was surprised at how fast they got me in and out being that there were so many people. This place seems to be really popular for brows so some were there just for that. I don’t remember the guy who did my nails but he sits right behind Hanna. He could have done better with my polish change on my feet but the full set was perfect. I would come back again but try to on a weekday instead.

Terrible terrible terrible, waste of money. I paid for no chip & within 5 days my nails are chipping. I came back up to the nail shop to have them re do my nails & still my nails are chipping. Pls save yourself & a trip away from this nail salon or waste your money like i did

This place is rlly nice the workers but one worker lady fell asleep in one of the chairs with her feet out nasty and also they didn’t offer water . Another worker was just eating all in my face have respect. The prices was very high for the quick work they did.

They allow their employees to be rude. I was told if a person didn’t want to do my lashes she didn’t have to. how freaking rude. because I stated she didn’t do them right. I’m allowed my own personal opinion. and evrytime I go their she still don’t want to do them because I guess she’s still upset.so unprofessional. But it’s all good. I let Lisa take care of me now and she do a good job.
