Friendly and good service but they do use mma acrylic which is a pain to take off and a lengthy process. It’s illegal but ig they don’t care as long as they get paid. Find a nail tech, pay the extra cost

I went here before and loved it, then came back a second time and was very disappointed. I got a spa pedicure with callus remover for $28 and I noticed that the lady did not do the lotion massage or hot towels that they normally do. She used a sugar scrub and then rinsed it off and dried my legs and applied polish. When I went to the front to pay I asked them which one they charged me for and then told them that they didn’t do those things she missed. After they asked her and the guy who did my nails and they both said “yes she did” strait out lying!!! I will never come here again for their dishonesty!

I liked this place, even though it was always so loud in there. The nails would come out pretty food. But, the last 2 times were horrible. My daughter’s nail broke off within days. Thinking it could have been her doing, we returned for her fills. The main lady in front constantly took calls and stopped helping my daughter to get up and help others, take payments and finally switch all together with another person. Needless to say within days 2 nails broke off. I didn’t bother to get them fixed and will not return. They are not cheap and to have them break off twice with no regard to customer service is not acceptable. They gave me attitude the first time I brought it up. They fixed it but they were not happy with me at all. It’s ok, I won’t ever return so I don’t lose anything.

I love this place. Service is awesome!!! Mr. Thay (not sure how to spell his name but he sits 1st seat as soon as you come in) did my nails & I’m very satisfied, 2nd time I go & been doing great job that anyone who see’s my nails think there actually my real one’s. I totally recommend this place. 2 different ladies did my pedicure the pass 2 times I went, GRRRREAT JOB, totally happy, satisfied customer. Totally recommend this place. BTW very clean & they do the ✔ up policy.

My daughter found this place 7 years ago after trying every nail shop in West Covina. They are truly the best. The owner Kathy is very nice, Responsive and makes sure her staff is taking good care of you. I have referred several people here over the years and would recommend this place to anyone.
