Top Results was recommended by a friend when I was looking for a salon for my daughter’s school dance. Sophia did a great job and my daughter loved her hair! So much so that I switched over myself and have been happy every visit. I’ve had Barbara and Ciana and they’ve both done a great job with my hair! My daughter also returned for highlights and was extremely happy with the results. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming. We’ve definitely found our go to salon!

Great salon! Great nail service! I’ve had my hair done a few times at Top Results and just got my nails done today. The staff is very welcoming and they provide a comfortable and clean environment. There’s always cute little refreshments available for customers, it’s always fun to come in and see what they have next. As for the hair service I always get what I’ve asked for, cuts and color are usually what I go in for and I’ve gotten both natural and unnatural (pinks, purples, etc) color service and the hair techs are experienced in both. I specifically go to Alexa R. as she has always given me EXACTLY what I’ve asked for but all of the hair techs seem to be very experienced and are willing to do whatever they can to give you what you’re looking for.

This is the best salon in the area. You are treated like family at every visit. It is always clean, the salon is always friendly, happy and upbeat. The services are outstanding and Alexa Cuffari is an outstanding stylist. While you are there, see Sophia Arena for your nails. She will be your nail girl forever. These 2 are the only girls you will ever need for your glam squad. Make your appointments today, their books fill up quick.

Top Results Hair Salon is more than just a salon. The slogan I would put with this staff of people goes “may your end result be your TOP RESULT.” I’ve been going here for the past few months and the environment is beyond what I expected. Staff knows you by name, which makes you feel as if you are family. The service supercedes great. The service is remarkable, and in my short time being a customer here I have never saw a disappointed, or dissatisfied customer. If you are looking for a salon I guarantee you Top Results Hair Salon is the place to go. Everyone there does incredible work. From Tina & Jon, all the way to Cianna & Sophie. The entire staff are just a great batch of people. Stop in and see for yourself.

Right before my planned vacation, I thought I would try out a nail salon in the area where I work in Runnemede New Jersey. I came in for the advertised $15 gel manicure and $18 pedicure. Turned out to be a complete waste of money! First, I had an appointment at 12:15 and was not taken for my pedicure until 12:40. The pedicure experience was fine, and the worker was friendly, however when it came time for the gel manicure , one of the UV lights was broken and my gel manicure did not cure properly. As a result, when I got home that evening I found that the polish had lifted off of four of my fingers and the other two of my fingers had huge bubbles underneath. The next day I called to ask them if they would be able to re-do my nails when I return from my vacation next week. They said that they couldn’t not redo my nails if I did not return from my vacation within 5 days. I offered to take a picture of my ruined nails as proof, but they said that they were sticking to their policy and would not accommodate having my nails redone. I think they should’ve made an exception. They just lost a customer that would have given them repeat business. I work in the area and the salon is very convenient. I would have definitely spent hundreds or maybe even thousands of dollars getting services through this salon and referring my coworkers however, that will not be the case. I will tell them not to patronize the salon, because they are not accommodating. Customer service is just as important as the products. I would have overlooks getting a faulty gel manicure and given them another chance had they been more accommodating on my experience. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been there three times first two times had a great experience. I got my hair cut in February. The girl that cut my hair was telling me about a special so I booked an appointment(about 3 weeks in advance) We made it for 4:30, because she was done at 5. Then I Get a call to push it back to 5, I said fine, then received another call can we push it back to 5:30 again I said fine. Then week before appointment get another call push back to 6, again I said fine. Then at 5:22, the day of appointment I get a call can you come in at 7. Girl on phone was rude, I said that is fine, she then asked what I was getting told her highlights, she said ok. Then 5 minutes later. I get a call sorry there is no way you can come in we close at 8. This was ridiculous. You lost 3 customers because of this. My boyfriend and my son went here also. But because of the lack of professionalism I won’t return and neither will they. When I booked my appointment there was no one in front of me.

I was a first time customer and had gone in for a day of pampering. I was days away from delivering my second child and wanted a new look. My hair was shoulder length, all one length and no style. I wanted my hair shorter and with a lot of layers. The hair stylist agreed to it. I also dyed my hair. As I was coming to an end with the hair dye process, the hair stylist advised me not to cut my hair the I wanted it because I wouldn’t have time to fix it with the baby present. I found that to be kind of rude because she doesn’t know what I’m capable of, and having a child(ren) isn’t a deterrent to put yourself together as it has never been an issue for me.
