They get one star because the lady that did my pedicure was phenomenal. Spent over $300 for pedicures eyebrows and full sets for my sisters and I. It’s been 5 days and one nail just came off my nail below was barely even filed. Another nail was not even cut straight before the acrylic was laid. The waxing experience was pleasant but my eyebrows are uneven. A woman even came back while we were finishing our nails to get hers repainted and they made her wait for at least 15 minutes before helping her. The pedicure was phenomenal but the rest of the experience was not worth it.

This was the worst set of nails I’ve ever received. They were supposed to be ombre for my accent nails and they look awful. They are very thick by my cuticles and there are spots that are missing acrylic. I mentioned this to the lady doing my nails and she said they “looked good” to her and another lady working said she still needed to “drill them.” She did not go back and fix them. I also originally ask to have them powder dipped and she started doing acrylic. I still had to pay $50 for them which is ridiculouswith how bad they look. I have gone to this specific Top Q nails before with decent results but I will not be returning there.

NEVER again! I think zero stars would be more appropriate. This place is VERY dirty. The soaking basins look as if they haven’t been cleaned in quiet some time. I went for a pedicure/manicure with 2 other people and we all had to ask them to use clean supplies on our hands and feet. Nail fungus is so easily spread around and a customer should not have to ask for clean supplies. We told them exactly what services we wanted .. even pointing to their price list on a list they gave us to choose from. Then at the end of the service the cashier tried charging WAY more than the price list they gave us in the beginning. I told her it was incorrect and she looked to the owner for help. He continued working on a customer’s hands but started yelling at us from across the room that the over priced amount was the price. I referred them back to the price list and service we agreed upon when the services started. The owner just yelled more and said just pay whatever. Um excuse me you can’t have a price list that a customer thinks they’re gonna pay then decide to try changing the price at the end?! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! If you do chose to go there – BEWARE!!!

If I could give a zero star I would!! My 16 year old daughter, my husband and I went in today to get acrylic nails for her. My husband and I got pedicures while we were waiting for her to get her nails done. She talked to a man named “John”, she showed him the pictures of what she wanted and he said yes no problem. He walked to the back and a lady came up to us and asked what we needed. We told her John had already talked to us and he was going to take care of us. She said “I’ll do it he is busy”, so my daughter sat down and my husband and I went to the other side of the business to get our pedicures. I got done with my pedicure and walked over to check on my daughter and she was upset, I asked what was going on and she showed me her nails. They were super long so I said those need to be cut down. She said she asked 3 times for them to shorten them. She said they wouldn’t listen to her and were being rude to her. So I asked them to shorten them and I was very rudely told by John that the lady worker did shorten them 3 times. I told them that I would pay extra if they would just shorten them more and the man “John” literally just walked away and went to another customer and started bad mouthing my daughter..in front of my daughter and myself. At that point I told my daughter to get up because she was crying in the nail salon. I went to pay and the lady that had done her nails was still being rude then finally said “I’ll shorten them” and I said “no, we will go somewhere else and have them redone”. This is not ok, this is NOT how you treat customers and especially a 16 year old girl. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went August 15th 2021 for a simple French tip acrylic nail set. There was a man who had a blue flannel and a blue ball cap on with a long jagged sharp nail on his right hand.He continuously kept poking me with it to the point where I kept pulling away and telling him it hurt and to stop but he continued anyway. He did not listen to what I requested, he made my nails too short and the opposite shape I wanted. He didn’t let me wash my hands after sawing the acrylic down and went right ahead into the CLEAR nail polish. There was acrylic powder dust painted into the acrylic nail so when I went outside or in light you could see all the dust inside of the nail. He was very rude when I went to go wash my hands after the fact without his permission, and he stood by the sink with me and watched. I will never go here again, I used to go here every month and it just got worse and worse. I have tried this place two too many times. First time I got a full set. Nails were coming off AFTER 5 DAYS OF GETTING THEM. JUST FIVE!!!! Then decided to give it another try and get dip. My nails only lasted 4 days and starting peeing up on the sides. What a waste of money!!!! I have tried to give it a second chance and really regret it. They over charge and are on their phones while doing your nails. Will NOT be going back.

Should of listened to the reviews NEVER AGAIN. Definitely rushed not worth the money. Lady who attended me was really off she laughed and scuffed at my 4 year old and 7 year old it was their first time getting pedicures. It was 6 of us all 5 got designs on our nails but not my 7 year old when I said something the lady simply said “Oh well” burnt me with the rocks was extremely rough and when it came time to leave the lady stood rite in front of me looked at me up and down and just scuffed and left. 1 week later our nails are chipping away shouldn’t shellac last longer than a week. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been here twice and really wanted to like it as they’re so nice and also have a great variety of colors and treatments for nails. The first time I went I showed a picture of what I wanted (pic below) and ended up with something quite different. He kept reassuring me that the red base (which was supposed to be gold) would look different with the glitter. It did NOT. Ended up going in and having the ring finger color removed and replaced with the pink to at least look cohesive. They also peeled within a week.
