I had the worst experience ever at this location. The tech who did my pedicure was horrible, made me feel like I wasn’t important as other customers waiting . Took her forever to do the basic pedicure. Her body language was offensive. Kept watching the clock like she couldn’t wait to go home. Come to find out she’s 17 and very new to the job. Has very little experience. My daughter had an awful experience also with her and the guy doing her nail didn’t do a great job, part of her paint chipped off. We spent $300 there for 3 pedicures and 3 dips on nails. We have spent over $1000 since going there. I made a complaint but still won’t go back.

Positive: QualityI took my mom to get mani/pedi for Mother’s Day today and had a great experience. We had fast and friendly service. Our pedicures were done with time and care and our toes look great! Then for my manicure I also got acrylic nails, gel/shellac polish in a French manicure style completed and they look AWESOME! I took my mom to get mani/pedi for Mother’s Day today and had a great experience. We had fast and friendly service. Our pedicures were done with time and care and our toes look great! There was no one else in the salon, and 2 hours before closing time. I specified what I wanted, color and length. The color patterns are all uneven, they look like 10 different nails. The matte coating she put on started flaking off within the first week. She didn’t Clio my nails, as I had asked for them to be much shorter as well as the one nail extension I had on removed, she drilled my nails down. With a drill. Didn’t use a clipper or file. I don’t even want to know what my nails look like under this terrible polish. To top it off, she rushed through the entire procedure, with no reason to. I spent $50 for the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I will never go back. The dip has stayed on well but I think that credit’s due to the manufacturer not the nail tech.

I came here a few times and other than taking forever, it wasn’t bad. Then I got dip and it literally chipped after 3 days on 5 nails. I went in to tell them and they said “ok. Come back we’re busy.” No “sorry,” no attempt to mend the situation, just told me to come back 4 hours later. Ridiculous and I mean dip lasting less than a week?!? Will not be returning. It was this location. Occurred 2 weeks ago.
