They’re open on Sundays, which for a woman working 55+ hours a week with only Sundays off, this was perfect. I went in for a gel pedicure and gel dip powder manicure. I got both done by Ann. She did such a wonderful job! She matched the light pink color I wanted as close as she could and I was very pleased with the outcome. My hands and feet look perfect, I’m very satisfied with today’s visit! I can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks!

Visiting my in-laws for the week and was gifted my first gel manicure from my mother-in-law. Loved the color (OPI taupe-less beach) and the technician did a great job on the manicure itself. Two days later my nails started turning green. I went in to have them fixed, and they repolished them with no problem. The salon was clean and quiet which was nice. My mother-in-law and I also had pedicures which are beautiful, and my 4 year daughter had a mani-pedi and the whole experience was so fun for her. Friendlier staff would have made this a home fun/ 5 star review.

Was referred here by a friend and was not disappointed. Henny did a great job on a pedicure that was long over due. Professional and friendly. Price was better than most places around here. Will try next time for powder manicure. Pedicure

Came in last minute and specifically asked if it would inconvience them because they closed in 15 minutes he said no that he would be happy to give me a pedicure. He asked if I wanted a spa pedicure which I thought meant it would last longer than 25 minutes but that’s all I got. It was really the worst pedicure I got and felt like I’d like my 7.00 back if all I was getting extra was a scrub for 2 minutes and 3 minute foot rub. The people in there weren’t friendly and looked extremely underwhelmed sitting around staring at the clock. I typically wouldn’t write a review but I was so looking forward to pampering myself some and left just wishing I went somewhere else. Definitely won’t be back.

I love Top Q. I always get shellac gel and it last more than 3 weeks. My nails always look great. All the nail stylists there do a great job. I’ve been to a few nail salons in Bonita but, I keep going back to Top Q.

I do not recommend this place. I attended regularly twice a month the person who gave me my nails was very kind and did his job very well the problem started with Henry being on vacation and another person did my me wrong because he did his job badly or maybe a t was apprentice but I ‘m going to focus on man named (Juan) he behaved with me very rude because I put a complaint about the brought that I had done was very rude and disrespectful. Really spent a very bad time in that piece I think we all deserve respect since you pay for the service , but if you still go to that plebe, I recommend to Mr Henry he is a very kind and respectful person, and to the man of name (Juan) I tell him that he has to have respect for all his clients because if they continue like this they will soon have NO customers, may god bless him, thank you for the poor treatment I received..

My niece was visiting from Miami. She wanted to get a Brazilian wax done along with getting her nails done. She asked if they did it, and they said they did. She was distraught from the experience. It was not her first time getting it done so she knew what to expect. First, they used only one popsicle stick on her for the whole process, which they dipped back in the wax bowl over and over after using it on her, even when she was bleeding (very unsanitary for the next customer in line). Second, they also used only one wax strip to do the job. They did such a horrendous job with the service, bruising her to a point where she left the service half way, and today when she went to another salon to have the service completed, but they refused to touch her because it was so sensitive and severely scraped, they said she would have to wait.
