This place goes HARDDDDDD! I move every 1-2 years, so I’ve been to soooooo many places in all different states. This is by far the BEST. Prices are amazing and every person at this business that has done my nails has done amazing. They are consistent and friendly. So I came here to get a dip manicure and let me tell you..it was an experience! First of all it took over 2 hours for Karen to do my nails. I did not ask for anything fancy just 2 colors. I showed her a pic of the shape I wanted (basically an almond shape) in which my nails were already in that shape just dulled down and they charged me $5 more dollars for a shape I already had!? Also, Karen was very aggressive and she cut 3 of my cuticles and 2 of my nails underneath. I left there very upset, but honestly I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I ended up calling them and talked to Queenie. She offered to fix them that day but I was too traumatized to go back in there! She said heal up and when you come back “I’ll take care of you”. I waited a few weeks and was finally able to return. Again, Queenie said she would take care of it. She did an alright job, but tried to blame me for Karen cutting me?? And she ends up charging me full price..oh sorry she actually gave me 10% off, but again charged me for a shape that I already had. That’s 2 times this place has ripped me off!! They would rather get 45 dollars one time than a loyal customer!! I will never go back there!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Karen did amazing on my nails and feet. I got a pedicure, manicure, and dip powder. I walked in there with my hands a mess from a different place. Karen turned it around and my hands look great! She pays attention to detail, takes her time, and is thorough. I will be back.
