Not kid-friendly as they claim. Came in right before someone’s appointment, he managed to get my son in, but he was CLEARLY annoyed that we were there, definitely won’t be back. My son’s hair looks great but not friendly at all. They should work on that.

I showed up today (no welcome) (no hi how you doing…)Don’t bother making an appointment either. I made one at 2:30 p.m. or at least I thought I did. When I arrived the seats were full for the two barbers that are attending. Mid haircut one of the Barber stops doing what he’s doing leaves the customer in the chair. Then goes outside to handle some personal business. Just so you know the point of an appointment is because the person has to get in and out. You would think these guys are getting paid by the hour for as slow as they move. Barber shops are terrible in Deltona.

I came in at 6:30 with no appointment and waited 40 minutes just for them to tell me they were done cutting hair.they didn’t tell before then and then the short pale barber told me it was my fault cause I didn’t say anything,It’s not my job to do that you’re the one that’s supposed to welcome me in not the other way around plus he had a attitude the whole time.I’m never coming back here again.

Critical: ProfessionalismHaircuts were good. Took my 2 sons last night. Charged my card more than told. Haircuts were $15 ea. I gave a $3 tip for each. $36 right? Was charged $38.52. I was charged tax on the service and the TIP!??? Because I used my card. I was told it was a card fee.My husband asked why the card fee was so high and the owner told him it was sales tax. We didn’t purchase anything! We paid for a service. The odd thing is that they are charging 7% sales tax on a service but sales tax is 6.5% in Volusia County. Shady business. If there is a card fee, so be it. Tell your customers. Don’t make money on it. Don’t make money on sales tax either (Tell customers 7% vs 6.5%). Sales tax is a wash. Cover your liability.$2.52 is not making or breaking my family but the principal.? A new business, up and coming is willing to lose future potential business over that amount? Smh. I live in this community and support the small businesses in the community but I will not support this one ever again. I gave them the opportunity and they didn’t even try to make it right when my husband questioned the transaction.
