I’m from out of town, came in on a walk in, had a wedding in a few hours but I had lost a nail and needed a mani and a pedi… did acrylic and gel on both.. no design nothing fancy and was charged $118. Like I said, I am from out of town but I feel like I was overcharged.. I tried to call back 10 minutes after I had left to explain that I was unhappy could I send her pictures to show why and I could receive a partial refund.. because my toes and whatever they were fine.. my nails were the problem.. I could see through my nails… there wasn’t enough of the powder used because my nails are lumpy… she filed through to my actual nail… I call again today explaining again I’m from out of town is there any way I can send these pictures to show her my issues so I could receive a partial refund and she refuses and says “that isn’t how we do it here” She did my nails in a rush because she told a call in come in 10 minutes…the lady who did my friends regular mani pedi was nice enough and did regular polish on her real nails but for the price and my issues I’d pick a different place… so disappointed…

I made an appointment for two pedicures at 3 pm and had the worst service. They did my friends pedicure as I sat next to her waiting in like warm water over forty minutes. I scheduled the appointment so we could get the pedis done at the same time and continued to take walk ins before me. They gave my friend a speedy massage and salt scrub that was not worth the price.
