Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews. My mother and I went to this nail salon today and got two gel pedicures and two dip powder manicures with extension. I originally asked for coffin shaped nails but they were cut down too short, so I opted for the almond shape. My nails look an absolute mess. They came out uneven. During the process I mentioned to the nail tech that both of my middle fingers look tiny in comparison to the rest of my hands. She said she would file them to make them look better. After no noticeable change, I asked another nail tech her perspective, she told me I should’ve said something before and both the nails had to be redone. The nails were redone and they still came out looking horrible. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed. I can’t believe they let me out with my hands looking like this. I’m livid. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews. My mother and I went to this nail salon today and got two gel pedicures and two dip powder manicures with extension. I originally asked for coffin shaped nails but they were cut down too short, so I opted for the almond shape. My nails look an absolute mess. They came out uneven.
