Well we came here for a bachlorette party as a group of 3, with reservations.. when I arrived at salon, it was packed. No parking to park. I go in, everyone working acts as if they know nothing about reservations. and almost all seats were taken up, and every worker was beinng used. The other people in the party were running late, so the first pedicure lady gets done, and asks if she can start on me as my party was not there yet. I agreed, just to keep our reservation. So my party arrives, and had to wait until I am completely finished with my pedi, and makes me sit and with with my party before getting my mani. So then 1 of my ladies, starts her nails, then 15 mins later, I get called to another table for my mani on the hole opposite side as the rest of my party. Kinda pointless coming together if you can’t get it done together, with reservations. The ladies working were friendly, but service and quality suck, my nails are crooked, bubbly, lumpy looking, and half painted.i will not be back..

Critical: ValueI have been here before, and usually come for the service and value.. however the last few times I have gone.. it has not been the same. The over charged me for my recent service, and the last two times prior to that I waited over 15mins for a scheduled appointment. Now I understand times are different now, so I continued to return this was likely my last trip.I scheduled online and they did not write down my appointment because it was clear they were not prepared for me. This caused the entire processed to feel and be extremely rushed.I received a full set acrylic with tips I did not require any color, had them done in just the white acrylic powder and no design. Originally I wanted just a matte finish polish. After starting on my nails I was told my base price was going to be $60 this is more than their most expensive nail set package.. I asked why; I was told acrylic was $50; my “nail shaping” was an extra $5?, and then the matte polish was an additional extra $5.Halfway through I decided against the matte polish, I didn’t find the polish worth $5, so after all said and done.. the process rushed and not well done (messy fingers and edges/cuticles) unevenly shaped nails, and uneven acrylic I was still charged $60.Their pricing menu lists my visit to run likely between $40-45 which is comparable.Not impressed with the overcharge.Service: Acrylic nailsI have been here before, and usually come for the service and value.. however the last few times I have gone.. it has not been the same.
