Decent experience but definitely MAKE AN APPT. They seem to be the only decent salon in PR so they are very busy! My experience with Helen & Lisa was good. Definitely recommend for dip powder (SNS) & gel manicures. I got dip powder in a pretty Christmas tree green color for the holidays which I am still very pleased with.

I went in for the first to get a pedicure. I was happy about the way I was welcomed and treated. The tech was polite. However, I paid $60 for my pedicure… and hours later the gel polish was starting to peel off my nail. And what I did NOT appreciate was how when I went to pay, he asked “how much,?” And when I said $60 he went to ask about how much of a tip I was going to leave. (I was planning on leaving one anyway) I did not appreciate being asked that in FRONT of a packed salon. It was uncomfortable and I don’t think someone should ask anybody that. I don’t think I will be going back.

Kelly did a royal mani/ pedi for me today while we are visiting for a month.Not knowing the area, I chose from the many nail places based on the reviews.The shop was clean,all covid protocols were observed and there was a nice calming atmosphere. I gave been getting my acrylic/gel nails and pedicures done by Tommy and Tiffany for the past 8+ years. They are awesome! Sweet, genuine and amazing. My nails and color always hold up and I only go for fills every three weeks. Their prices are also very competitive. All of their staff are also very competent.

I love Top Nails and Spa. I have been going there for several years. Tommy and Tiffany both have excellent skills and experience and my nails always look so good. I frequently get compliments from friends and co-workers on how nice my nails look. I have stopped by without an appointment before and had whomever was available at that time do my nails and I was very happy about it because the job was done just as well as how Tommy and Tiffany do my nails.
