They have become extremely greedy with their prices. If you request a certain shape, they shouldn’t tell you to get a different shape because it’s less work for them. They are the only decent salon in the area. They can do extremely good work “when they aren’t being lazy”. Their prices are never consistent. They charge 50% more then shops in Little Rock area, which is much more populated. They are super thick in the center creating a curved look. Made to feel more as an inconvenience than a customer. Also they charge solar prices but as other review mentioned it’s not really solar just topped with some gel polish. Don’t charge solar price if your too lazy to do solar work. Seem they only cater to the people who get the over the top nails, so they can post pictures on Fb.

Critical: QualityI asked for solar nails which was advertised at 47. They suggested ombré instead of just French looking. I said ok. When they did the service it was not true solar because true solar doesn’t require painting clear on top. You only need to polish them to a shine so you don’t have to deal with paint chipping. Then they left uneven humps on the middle of my nails. Do not look good at all. When I got ready to pay he said 68. I said I thought was 47?? He said that’s if you do short….. mine aren’t extremely long at all…. And only for 1 color??? I’ve never seen solar one color. I’m very unhappy and is my second time to try them. It’s officially my favorite place to go now! They offer great tips on nail care, they provide what you want and I often ask for their input because I don’t want my set to be the exact same as anyone else and it allows them to show me their creativity and I love it!

He chewed my cuticles up with the nail file and the drill. 2 days later my gel polish peeled off on my index finger. Then tonight my thumb nail polish came off ! Thankfully I had a lamp and the black gel polish to fix the problem. BUT I shouldn’t have had to ! I paid $50 for a fill (acrylic) and a simple black polish.
