I have never had a bad experience with dip powder here! Anna has an amazing crew on the dip powder. You may have a little bit of a wait, so I recommend going at a time that you can be patient and polite with them bc it is well worth your wait! They even use gel top coat over the dip powder that many places don’t do. Dip powder

I did not have a good experience the last time I went. I went with my MIL – we had an appointment but still waited over an hour. So long that they eventually changed the water out in the pedicure tub because it got so cold. Then the tech proceeds to cut my toenails and without asking me, she cuts way down into the corners of the nail – rounding all my toenails! Anyone who works with nails should know this is a horrible idea for toes. I am now fighting several ingrown nails and it’s very painful. It was painful when she did it! She saw the nail was deep on that side and said “I’ll fix it” and then before I know it, snip!

This was my first trip to Top Nails & Spa. I have to say I am 100 % satisfied. The salon was clean. I was greated immediately upon arrival. Everyone there was smiling and friendly. It was a little wait because a couple were one vacation but they informed me that there would be a wait. When i was called back for my pedicure I was asked if I would like something to drink and there were options. Diva was the young lady that gave me my pedicure. She was amazing from the time she called me back. She carried on a conversation with me the whole time. She asked if I was okay while working with me. She paid attention to detail. When she finished she asked if everything was okay. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Top Nail &Spa and Ms Diva

I came to this salon after a bad experience with another salon’s lack of customer service. The people there were very kind, and the nail tech (I wish I’d gotten his name) did a fantastic job on my nails! Now I can go to my interview looking nice. Also, the salon was very clean and well put together. I enjoyed the atmosphere, despite being a bit of an introvert. The price was reasonable, and I would gladly come back again. Thank you all for taking care of me on such short notice!

I always get gel nails and sometimes pedicures here. They’re always friendly and accommodating. My gel nails last much longer here than any other place I’ve gone. I’ve seen a different person each time I’ve gone so far and they’ve all done a wonderful job! I highly recommend this salon!

The staff was very rude and impersonal. One lady in particular was so rude. I got a manicure and she started paintng my nails before filing them. So I told her I like my nails to be filed in a square shape. And she barely used the file. When I asked her again to make nails straight she gave ME the file and had ME file my own nail. Never have I ever been given a file for myself to use at a nail salon. So unprofessional. Never going back there ever again. Not worth it.
