I absolutely love this place. Such an upgrade from where I was going before. You really do get 5 star service here. Ruby does my nails and she is excellent. She normally works by appointment, although if you’re getting something quick, like mani and pedi, walk ins are welcome.

Beautiful nail art n friendly staff if u like Collingswood, NJ! Nowhere to park in quaint little town. Pricy n small compared to my Philly Salons. Worst thing was service took 50mins in/out (3 available nail techs as I walked in) just made me wait for nothing I could see more important than servicing a (1ST TIME CUSTOMER). Unacceptable (on V-Day) for a simple filing of uneven nails and gel nail color ☹ that took her only 10min. I was 20min late for a family appointment as I hit rushour bc they didn’t value MY TIME only MY MONEY. If someone awesome didn’t refer me bc they live in area… NEVER. To be fair, I did like my nail job better than how I came (horrible clumpy gel color) in but it coulda been better for $20!!! Looks like I need a refill and had nails done night before

Just left there and it was awful. Yes they are quick and cheap, but you get what you paid for. I will most certainly not be going back. The art done on my nails was awful, but I can excuse that. What I can’t excuse is the poor acrylic application. My nails are chunky and misshaped. None of the nails are consistent in shape. I asked for long and pointy and got some nasty rounded shape. One of the points of my nails doesn’t even have acrylic on it. You can see where it’s missing. There are multiple tacky spots where the top coat wasn’t applied because the tech was rushing. Also they do not remove the acrylic safely. They ruined my nail beds using a tip to pop them off, this is not the standard. They use dental monomer which is not safe or approved for use in this application. The acrylic should not have burned or needed to go under a uv light. This is not okay.

Everything about this place is amazing! Everyone is so sweet and hilarious and understanding. I had dyed my hair the night before and got my nail beds dyed navy blue and they fixed it. This is my new nail spot for sure.
