Went here for the first time to get my nails done with a gel full set. Very quiet welcoming environment, and employees were nice and friendly. My full set of gel manicure came out great besides two nails. I called and asked if I can come back and get them fixed and they fixed it no problem. Now my nails look great and just how I wanted them. Thank you to the nail tech I had, Bill, who helped me with the initial set and the fix!

I don’t recommend going there, I wanted an acrylic nail set and I asked for a design that I saw on Instagram and told him if he was able to do it if not then I was going to pick something else he said yes he can do it, so I let him do his thing. When he finished I was disappointed the design did not look nothing like the picture and my nails where extremely thic. I had to go home and take them off.

Very disappointed. I walked in asked for a pedicure. Expected a nice warm towel and massage. The gentle man worked on my feet the entire process from start to finish was less than 30 minutes. My feet was hurting so I was really looking forward to the massage. When I got to the cashier and asked if they don’t offer foot massages with the pedicures. She said I should have purchased a spa treatment. That was not offered or marketed. The place is called nail spa I assumed a warm towel wrap and massage would have been offered. Im so disappointed. My feet still hurts, and the cashier was not very nice to top things off.

I had an appt with my regular nail tech that I have been going to since 2018 (I followed her from another salon to here). She is very meticulous and always runs over time.. I am used to this and plan accordingly. The owner, young man, I had called him to see if I could come in earlier for a pedicure. He says to come in 345, 15 min earlier than my scheduled appt at 4. I arrive 335 and my girl takes me 355, says she doesn’t have enough time to do my pedicure and that she wasn’t slotted enough time to complete both requests. I let her do my gel fill. It is now 435 and my nail tech takes her next client, who apparently didn’t have an appt till 5? I am now stuck with no pedicure and the owner says that I am next. I wait 20 min.. 2 others walk in for pedicures and I become irate that the owner is telling them 10 min?!? I had been waiting 20 at this point. The owner blames my tech for the bad service and argues with me that she had plenty of time to complete both services. The owner was extremely unprofessional and should know this particular tech runs over time all the time. I would like a call from another owner because I was told there are several owners. 4+ years of coming to this salon
