Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst place I have ever been. An employee was doing my nails and a customer walked in after me so she left me in the middle of the process and started doing the other customers nails. I decided to leave and they still charged me 10 dollars just for doing nothing, leaving my hands and nails a mess with nail polish all over my hands. They definitely don’t care about customers they just hungry for the money. Very unprofessional leaving their customers in the middle of the process just to take another customer. Worst place I have ever been. An employee was doing my nails and a customer walked in after me so she left me in the middle of the process and started doing the other customers nails. I decided to leave and they still charged me 10 dollars just for doing nothing, leaving my hands and nails a mess with nail polish all over my hands. They definitely don’t care about customers they just hungry for the money. Very unprofessional leaving their customers in the middle of the process just to take another customer. Wouldn’t recommend it at all, don’t waste your money there.

I had called prior to schedule my appointment and the woman who answered the phone was cold and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I called a second time before coming in, to ask if masks were required, and she answered, yet again, in a nasty tone. I walked in, and the woman who had answered the phone just told me to go pick a color. It was my first time, I didn’t know where to go. I figured it out myself, and I sat down. The job done on my nails was not worth $40, intact, I rather spend $60 to get them done. I peeled off extra acrylic bead stuck to my skin on my fingers. This place was very unprofessional. I had called prior to schedule my appointment and the woman who answered the phone was cold and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about.
