AMAZING!!! Better than AMBIANCE nails in a million ways than one !! High class service felt like I was in coach on an airplane. Very attentive to my needs I honestly felt like a celebrity! My nail tech name was John and I’ll request him from now on. A grand entrance and they create a profile to keep your info on file and they text you when your appointment is ready I’m definitely a new and returning client. The salon is breath taking and super beautiful I could live there lol anyways this is a must go to !!!!! I’ve never had this type of service and delivery in my life so glad I came and rn it’s 20% off ALL SERVICES YOU BETTER HURRY

Critical: QualityThe place was very nice and clean, everyone was nice but my nails look terrible.I had asked for a full set with gel- the acrylic didn’t even go to my nail bed and it looks like I got my nails done a week ago. There are divots in the nails and you can really see them with the lighter shade I got. I asked for a basic design (I’ll add a picture) and it is NOT what I got (I asked for the maroon color)She went to go get a thin nail polish brush and pulled out a teal color… washed it with acetone and used that for the maroon color… and there was still teal in the maroon. The design is not straight or consistent.She used the gel to try and hide the missing acrylic but it just looks terrible.On top of it all she didn’t have me wash my hands or put lotion on my hands. I walked out with poor nails, acrylic all over my fingers, and under my nails, and down $92. Today was my second time visiting Top Nails and I am just as impressed as my first visit. I received a pedicure from Lanita a few weeks ago and a pedicure from Vesna today. This place is so beautiful! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They did beautiful nails and the pedicure process with the awesome chair is better than any other one I’ve seen. You will not regret going here and they have very reasonable pricing for many different options. Will definitely be back!!!!

Overall, not so great of an experience. The inside was very nice and clean and the receptionist was very nice and had lots of colors to choose from. However, when I got my nail tech, Paul, he was very aggressive and hurt my nails several times. He kept digging under my nail because something was under it and i had asked him to stop once, and kept going so i told him he needs to stop a second time. As he did stop, he then tried to do it AGAIN. Then as he was using the drill he burned my nail and said it was because i moved?? I had also asked for them shorter which he just didn’t do. My nails are okay; for the price i paid even with the 20% off I could of gotten way better quality and service somewhere else.
