very upset, yes they look good by what i’ve been told. But I asked a specific design and half way through he told me he couldn’t do it, and i had to just hurry and pick so i just chose a solid color. The second photo was my inspo photo, the first is my actual nails Nail art

Came in to get acrylics done. Came in at 10:20 got home at 1:30. That’s a little excessive. The nail technician was nice enough but her application process was ridiculously slow and very sloppy. The acrylic got all over my finger tips and went over the cuticle on my thumb well onto the skin. She used the drill to cut through it and seperate it but she wasn’t paying attention and cut my cuticle I was picking acrylic off my skin when I got home. She compared nail lengths and still some aren’t the same length. I was just up in Michigan too visit family but even if I lived in the area I wouldn’t return.

On July 8, I was visiting my family in Monroe from Oregon. I went to Top Nails with my mom to get a gel manicure. They were very busy, friendly and clean but on Sunday my gel polish started falling off whole, not peeling just the whole nail fell off. By Tuesday every nail had fallen off and I wasn’t touching them just doing normal activities. Usually my gel polish stays on my nails for 3 weeks not 3 days. I don’t think the man that did my nails knew how to do gel nails because it definitely isn’t right. I left to go back to Oregon so I couldn’t return and show them. It is expensive so very disappointing!

my friend went and she picked one color for all 10 nails, one hand is darker then the other. They didn’t put the same amount of nail polish coats on both sides to make them match. She’s now walking around with 2 diff shades of the same color! One color is almost translucent and the other one isn’t.

Horrible. An employee actually put her hands on me (grabbed my arm & yanked me) and a few more joined in to corner me because I was unhappy with the work.. after putting up with it for almost 2 hours.
