Every time I come in here it’s always something or another wrong. Mind you they all try to get me as a client when I come in because as they say, I’m “a good tipper!” I don’t mind showing my appreciation for good/great service! However, today when I arrived at 6:45pm, Sophie tells me I was too late for services! Keep in mind, the salon doesn’t close until 7:30pm and there only 3 people in the whole shop being actively serviced. Another lady and her little girl walked in behind me and Sophie invited them to sit down and wait to be service as I’m walking out the door based on her telling me they weren’t taking anymore clients for the day. So it looks like I will be taking my appreciation elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not go here. Poor quality, none of my nails are trimmed evenly, my toenail is crooked and my nails after only a week are already coming off my fingernail. My cuticles were bloody and the technician never apologized for it. There was even a customer while I was there requested that their nails be removed and when tech asked why because they were just completed the customer said yeah I know! DO NOT GO HERE I paid close to $200 for this botched job and I would highly discourage you shopping here if you want even subpar service. Do not go here. Poor quality, none of my nails are trimmed evenly, my toenail is crooked and my nails after only a week are already coming off my fingernail. My cuticles were bloody and the technician never apologized for it. This is very racist place to get your any service. They do not care about their customers at all. Today i went to get a fill and my eyebrows waxed the service was absolutely horrible. This was lady waxed a whole patch of my eyebrow off and refused me a refund for the service. The lady who did my french tip was obvious inexperienced. The only reason i didn’t complain was because she was kind. Nobody washes their hands in there and they do not disinfect equipment. I will be taking my business to a black nail tech and nail salon where my business is appreciated and where I am treated with respect and am happy with my services. I will be filling complaints as well.

Kind people and I was sat very quickly since it was not a busy day. Sadly after a week and a half my left thumb nail’s acrylic has completely cracked in half and my right thumb nail’s gel slid off. Went in didn’t have a long wait told Sophie I wanted coffin shaped! Needless to say that is not what I got at all also told her I wanted lavender purple I’m color and she did pink on e I corrected her she then just slapped purple over top of it! My nails look nothing like I wanted them to and was still charged 48 dollars and she Burnt the hell of of my finger. When I tried to tell her one of my nails looked lumpy she told me I was to picky!

This place is horrible! It’s a really small place so it’s always packed! When you walk in no one really greets you, and when they finally do its like you’re a bother and you still have to wait forever! Then after all that waiting for my gel polish to chip in three days smh. The owner does good eyebrows but other than that this place is horrible!
