I was here taking care of my brother after his surgery and needed a gel fill, this nail salon was close by and I gave it a try. I have gel nails and asked for a fill of gel nails. They started using acrylic and I said no acrylic please I want only gel. They told me it was gel, but acrylic is unmistakable and they proceeded with the acrylic with gel top coat. Very disappointing but didn’t want to make a scene so accepted the service and paid with no tip as they didn’t provide my requested service. Not impressed.

I only go here to get my nails done and my granddaughters nails done. They’re efficient and do a great job and my nails stay for weeks without having any issues with them. My granddaughter wanted us stiletto and it had to be short because I only allow her a certain Lane and she’s in school they had no problems accommodating her and did a great job.

The first time I went here I noticed that their customer service is severely lacking. I walked in for a gel manicure and the gal told me in a very annoyed tone it would be a 30 min wait. Later, while I was being serviced someone walked in for an appt she had made and they didn’t have anyone to take her. They told her to just sit down and wait, again in an annoyed tone, and it took her another 30/45 mins to be seen. I was also a little disappointed in my nails as the color was still see through when I was walking out.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWe had an appointment for three pedicures. There were only two girls working, and we sat with our feet in the water for 20 minutes without anyone doing anything. We finally just got up and walked out. If you don’t have enough staff to take care of people who make appointments, then maybe you shouldn’t make the appointment in the first place. We had an appointment for three pedicures. There were only two girls working, and we sat with our feet in the water for 20 minutes without anyone doing anything. We finally just got up and walked out. If you don’t have enough staff to take care of people who make appointments, then maybe you shouldn’t make the appointment in the first place. We ended up going elsewhere and had great service.

Last time I went here to get a fill on my acrylic nails, they shaved off the old acrylic and revealed green nail fungus which they gave me from my first set of acrylic. This place is dirty and they do not clean and sanitize their tools between clients. You can tell by the nail shavings all over the desks. I usually let it slide because I am saving money, but not anymore. My line is nail fungus

Positive: Professionalism, QualityRecently switched to this nail salon. When you’re approaching the time for your next fill, your nails will still remain pretty and shiny. None of my nails changed in color from the top coat, nor did they lift. I seem to always have a problem with people being rough because of my thin nails, it either gets hit or my finger gets cut from filing none of those issues here. Well worth the half hour wait. Recently switched to this nail salon. When you’re approaching the time for your next fill, your nails will still remain pretty and shiny. None of my nails changed in color from the top coat, nor did they lift. I seem to always have a problem with people being rough because of my thin nails, it either gets hit or my finger gets cut from filing none of those issues here. Well worth the half hour wait.
