some workers are good at full sets and some are NOT ! not sure of his name but he usually sits in desk #1 and he did a terrible job. Way too much acrylic and almond shape does not fit my finger . I’ve been coming here forever. My normal tech of 8 years Kenny, moved out of state . I was devastated because we had build a relationship and rapport. However I tried the owner Tony, and he stepped up to the challenge! He’s also creative and picked up my energy immediately. I’m still able to just sit down and have conversation. He takes care of the rest – colors, designs and allows me to just be! If you’re looking for fresh, designer and originality visit Tony!

Very good. We didn’t have a set appointment and they were a bit crowded today so the 3 of us waited about 1/2 hour. Once we each were being helped, it only took about 15 minutes for a manicure ( 2 of us) & 20 minutes for a pedicure (1 of us). Each nail service came out beautiful. We selected “gels” which are slightly more expensive, but SO worth it. My daughter has been a customer for several years and treated me today while I am visiting. I am blessed …

I have to say this was my favorite place and all the female workers are amazing, truly amazing woman. My nails were done by a young gentleman he seemed new, he was friendly. However he did mention that what he could or could not do and thats fine am flexible. He then asked an older gentleman for help and he was beyond rude, as if he did not want to do it. He would pull me feet push them back rudely. I had enough when he was filling my nail and some skin on top of my toe. I was like ouch and he did not care. Then he paints them the wrong color . I had it am paying and leaving. Never again will be back as long as that rude man is still there. Beyond unacceptable and disrespectful. Please teach him customer service and respect. I love all the female workers they are amazing but that gentleman does not deserve to work there. He is giving Top Nails a bad reputation with his rudeness.

I have only went here 1 time this was my second time coming here but this time I went with a lady and when she was filling the shape she cut me and I started bleeding also when she put the top coat it was very bubbly also I asked for square and she didn’t give me the shape i wanted never again going to do my nails with the same lady I went too I rather for u guys to call and make an appointment and tell them u want to get your nails done with Tony because the first time he did mine he was so amazing and did exactly what I asked for. I got home and I had to fix them myself they now look better than they did when she did my nails.

Decent nail place. Not the best. I go here for my eye brows because they actually do a really good job and don’t rush me however today I went to pay for my eyebrows and suddenly they don’t accept cards for this service???!!! What? What kind of business in this day and age only accepts cash??!! No signs anywhere and never had a problem anywhere else. Also $15 just for an eye brow wax is kind of high!!

Been going to this salon for years but Tony, Linda, and especially Jen have been rude and/or disrespectful at various points and most of all have shown that they don’t appreciate this long time customer that has patronized their salon for years. They really don’t seem to care about how they treat others, take them for granted, and think their customers can be easily replaced. Customer service needs to be drastically improved!! Recently left but should have left their business A LONG TIME AGO!!!

I took my daughter to have our nails and eyebrows done. On a positive note, the eyebrow tech was amazing, gentle and kind. However I asked for Acrylic for me and Gel nails for my daughter and they gave her acrylic, both declined to do any design, there was minimal conversation and overall it wasn’t horrible but wasn’t what we wanted and I don’t think we will be going back.
