I’ll give them 2 stars for cleanliness of the nail shop and a decent job on the gel application but I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Made an appointment for manicure and pedicures for myself and 2 others and they acted as if they had no recollection at first. What’s the point of appointments if you are not on top of schedules…

Me and mom got pedicures and both techs acted like they literally hated their entire lives…they both got mad we didn’t want gel polish. I’m assuming because gel will make them more $. Will not go back! Was rushed the whole time and the gel wasn’t dry and she was very rough and broke a toe nail and cut the bottom of my foot. . Paid $80 for a pedicure with gel and was not impressed at all! Paid $50 for just powder dip on my nails and was supposed to have a manicure too and she didn’t do that as well. I had a appointment and she was rushing me out the door to take care of one of her regulars that didn’t have a appointment and it was a very stressful experience!!! Beware there are better salons out there!!!

Told the receptionist I had to be out at a certain time. Which left me 90 min. She said someone would be right with me, waited 40 min, the lady doing my pedicure has 30 min to finish, so I said no massage just trim do bottom of feet and paint. Will never be back. To greedy to be honest Pedicure

I waited over an hour and a half and still no service. I had almost 10 people come in behind me staggered and they were all taken care of before me, some had appointments some did not. If someone complained about the wait they were put in front of me. They kept telling me I was next and then would take others. They’re a beautiful salon but they aren’t professional or timely. Even with appointments people waited for 30-45 minutes past their appointment times. I was extremely disappointed. Please take better care of ALL of your customers and don’t ignore the quiet ones.

With a 10:30 appointment waited an hour to sit down in a pedicure chair. And then another hour and still haven’t gotten my nails done. There’s been 3-5 guests come in and immediately be seated . And yet I’ve been here two hours, a customer for a decade and have had terrible customer service, not just this time but the last few times I’ve been in here. Over booking appointments happens but not every time. This is ridiculous. Super unprofessional. Not respectful at all of anyone else’s time.
