We went to Top Nails yesterday for a last minute full set of acrylic nails and pedicure as suggested by my boyfriend. They got us both started right away. Jo -my nail tech- did such a good job and took her time making sure I loved the length and shape of them, as well as giving me the best foot massage I’ve ever had at a salon. Little did I know that this was all so my now fiancé could propose to me later that day! Everything turned out perfectly and I’m so happy with my experience at this salon. We will definitely be coming back!

Worst service, The young lady asked if I wanted my toes nails cut I told her no But I did want them shaped, to which she only shaped 1 toe, I sat there .for 45min till she came back wipped my legs off and left again for about 10 min at that time I thought she was going to finish the pedicure but know she was done and was moving on the put warm rocks on my at that time I decided I was leaving, I came home and cleaned out from under my toe nails, and scrubbed my toes down because she didn’t My charges were 30.00 which I pd. Very unhappy with the service I received today

I was a walk in for a pediicure and nail fill. They got me right in and it was a nice relaxing experience. I showed the gal doing my nails a photo of what I wanted and she did a real good job adding her own twist to the design which came out so cute for Wintet! I’ll definitely return for my nail needs.

Went with my bestie for her bday pedi and mani s. So relaxing. Excellent customer services. They made sure to follow my concerns. They didn’t get irritated when I couldn’t stop giggling during my pedicure (very ticklish) I ended up only getting a pedi and as my bestie was getting her manicure they let me stay in the massaging chair til she was done

I have been going to Top Nails for almost 2 years now. At first it was great for around 18 months. Yet one time instead of charging me the regular amount for a fill they overcharged my card by $100. They did make it right when I brought it to their attention. Things happen, but I always make sure I get a receipt and check it. Recently some things changed and not for the better. I went in and brought my own dipping powder which I had been doing for over a month. The lady who usually works on me was busy and apparently no one else could do it. Instead they wanted to put something over my nails, but it was unclear what they meant. The nails are always cleaned before new powder is put on. I asked that my nails be cut and one nail be fixed and I would return the following week and made an appt. There was a lot of miscommunication and I sat for a few minutes when the one woman who usually does my nails returned stood over me and gave me a quizzical look then asked what I wanted (??). It was embarrassing and I felt as if I was somehow putting them out. Another woman came over and acted very put out. My nails were cut and no color put on the repaired nail. I was never asked if I wanted a water. Other customers were given mimosas and water. Before this I had a very poor experience with an eyebrow waxing, after doing them for 2 years they took my brows down to such a thin line, half the brow was gone. When my esthetician looked at them she said we will just have to wait it out. The customer service has changed and I didn’t appreciate all the confusion when I am a regular who has always been a good customer.

Best acrylic nails of my life! I was a little concerned with how long my nail stylist was carving on my nails, but she was thinning the acrylic so they weren’t so bulky like most acrylic nails. After 24 hours of experiencing thin acrylic nails, I’m so excited with these. I can scratch!! I have been running my nails on my skin since I left the shop. Thank you! This is my new nail place!!

The worst french manicures I have ever had. My daughter wanted to treat me for mother’s day. She made a reservation (we were not a walk-in). The lady I got, was the main lady that answered the phone every time it rang, greeted and got the walk-in’s situated etc. It was busy, because it was the day before mother’s day with alot of walk-ins. So she must have stopped and started my nails at least 10 times. But when you have an apt. it was very rude, and the job she did on my nails reflected her lack of attention. She was in a hurry to get my daughter and I out as soon as they could so they could take more customers that were walking in. Bad customer service for the people that actually planned their Mani-pedi! Won’t go back again.

I dropped off the patient at the rescheduled time and she was placed in a chair for 1.5 hours and the only thing accomplished with a manicure & pedicure appointment was getting her toes trimmed. There’s was multiple walk in patients that were immediately tended to durning her 1.5 hours there. I was told the individual that gave minimal service to her was very rude throughout the minor amount of effort he made.
