Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis use to be a great place to come to , nails always came out amazing more than expected but recently due to the overload of people that come they just sit you down and you think you’ll be in good hands since you’ve been coming here and nothing has gone wrong . i am very simple gel and color and square shape and this is what i got 60$ later . . i never minded paying if they come out great but i was very stunned at my end result and the girl next to me didn’t seem impressed with the different technique of how that tech was applying the acrylic powder on .To many new techs that clearly need more practice and don’t have much experience will definitely find somewhere else to go where i know i’ll be paying to get a good quality !UPDATE: Thankfully the women who i go to for my pedicure took me in last minute and was able to fix it and give me what i really wanted and felt bad i went through the experience and didn’t charge me much to get it fixed . will include the picture . It’s my first time here. Neat place. Nice people. Great designs. When I walk in, people say hi to me. They pick out the best color for my preference. At first I wasn’t being optimistic about this place because of several low ratings. But right now I LOVE this place, a girl did my nail with dedicated design, I feel like I am ready for Halloween!!!

So upset with the behavior of staff and the outcome of my nails. I went with my sister and asked for simple acrylics with flowers as did my sister. after being switched around to three different times i finally got my set done. it took two hours and we had to wait thirty minutes extra for our appointment. the girl who did my sisters nails was rude and cut her off while speaking. they ultimately weren’t able to complete her set at all like she wanted and left her walking out with two tan nails and all other pink ones, when her design asked for orange tips and orange nails. they waited till almost done with the set to actually tell her they can’t do it. it is beyond expensive and the professionalism is not anywhere to be seen. i cannot stress enough that this place has gotten so bad and the nail techs are awful. will never be coming back.

This is the best nail salon. Everyone is extremely talented, as well as pleasant!! The pedicures are to die for and my nail tech Nick is the best!!! Covid Friendly Nail salon!!! The best !! Please dont listen to malicious post. I’ve been going here for over 2 years.. They have been following the Pandemic rules since before it started getting really bad. Not a big fan. Prices are super expensive, its crowded. I’ve been there about 3 times because my regular nails salon was booked and something always goes wrong here. The color isn’t great and couple days later blah. Not going back.

Jenny did my nails on my 20th birthday, and she did such an amazing job! I’ve been coming here since June 2021. When you come in with a picture as a reference, they will recreate it successfully. I was really disappointed here. First they tried to pry my old set off, even though I asked multiple times to soak them off. I insisted, and they used the dremel at the end, anyway. I can see red marks where it cut into my nail beds, and now I have to wait for the damage to grow out. Nick said he would make my nails less curved for yoga, which was a nice idea. He got the pointer fingers, but most of the others just ended up sticking up off my fingers at a weird angle. The shape itself is nice, except I bled twice from over-zealous filing. It’s nice that they’re not too thick, but I think they’re really lacking an apex. And this bothered me the least, but he really didn’t think the design I had in mind would look good, and I had to insist, again. The design is the only thing I like about them.

Amazing!! I drove 45 minutes just to try them out because I saw their work and other reviews and I am so glad I went! It was well worth. They are so nice and did an amazing job on my nails. I’m in love with my nails again!! Higly, highly recommended!!

Honestly Recommend coming here ! Sometimes there is a wait even with appointment but it’s well worth it! I had Summer and I came in in desperate need of a refill and to fix the shape and lumps from a previous salon I went to. She suggested taken off the original acrylics and redoing them. She got my nail size perfectly and the shape. She even got the design I wanted on point! Refills I know where I’m going next!
