Very reasonable and friendly. This is the second time I’ve gone to top nails and let me tell you the girl who does my nails is AMAZING. She is so Damn thorough and critical of her own work, it takes a while for her to finish to her own satisfaction (which I don’t mind). Everyone is easy to communicate with, especially the girl who does my nails- I think they call her “t”? ..i can show her a pic or explain a design I’m looking for and she can bounce ideas back and forth with me till we decide on something that we think will look good. It’s great! This is my new nail place now for sure. Not the best nail photographer but the red set was for Christmas and lasted a good month and still looked really good still

So I came in wanting long nail but came out with a manicure I was not happy about I was willing to pay exactly what it cost for manicure with a design in each nail .chow ( petite women)said she couldn’t do a simple Daisy design then said if I didn’t have the money for my gel pedicure never been more embarrassed in a nail shop. I’ve been going to Connie & Kevin for over a decade!! Both are the best in the West literally. Connie did this set. Ombré tips with individual lil diamonds on my ring finger (her recommendation) and I loved it!!! This pic was taken 5 days after getting my nails done and still looks like new.

Today I had a deluxe pedicure,a gel mani and a facial. The two lady’s that assisted me where kind and courteous.Every thing was sanitized .They did a beautiful job on my hands and feet.The facial was very relaxing though the room needs a little upgrade as atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back.

They’re honestly the best I’ve ever gone to. I like my nails to look perfect when they’re finished and they always accomplish that well. However the last time I was there I was told of how difficult a customer I was, and how no employee wanted to work for me. That I’m picky and am never satisfied, and that the staff is scared of me. I can also always tell when they’re speaking of me in (I believe) Vietnamese. I’m on the hunt for a new salon. Poor customer service. I feel as even if this is the truth, you are not supposed to treat customers with disrespect.

Been going to this place for years now. They do a quality job and I always leave satisfied. Kevin especially is great at listening and being consistently detailed. I sent my mom over to get a gel mani. She usually gets very nervous at salons in general, but she left her appointment today very pleased with what she got and how she was treated. Thanks, guys!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityA lady cut my skin while doing a MANICURE and refused to give me a discount!! I asked for the total and they said $85 for 3 MANI PEDI’S and then the lady went back to tell her co workers something and then came back and said the total was $115 and I asked for an explanation and I wasn’t given one. Then I asked for a refund and they, again refused! It’s understandable that they wouldn’t because they had done their “services” but I told them to take off my nails polish and they said NO! The man who i believe is the manager started raising his voice.I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. SUCH A RIPOFF AND THEY CHANGE THEIR PRICES! and on top of all that they called the cops and it was obvious they couldn’t do anything.
