I have been using Top Nails for several years. Lately, it has been a little hit or miss. I think they are short-handed and have trouble hiring. I consistently get dip powder nails every 2- 2.5 weeks and they do a good job (5 stars). Eyebrow waxing (4 stars) Eyelash extensions were terrible. I will not do that again. It looked like I had broom bristles on my lashes. They were so full with glue I could barely open my eyes. Overall, I would still give them 4 stars.

If I could give a zero I would. Don’t go here!!!! They spent 2 mins scrubbing my feet and doing cuticles. My feet needed attention. Then when we complained the lady was very rude and said if we don’t want it done we can get someone else but that is how they do it. Then spent 20 mins rubbing. Trying to make up for being done with the exfoliation in a couple minutes. Spoke with the manager to address it and she goes next time tell the manager and im like im telling them with no resolution. Save your money and go elsewhere. It cost too much these days to get half the service. I will take my business elsewhere!

My husband and I got a manicure and pedicure this afternoon, my nails painted in ranger colors for the game tomorrow afternoon, it is 6:42 and two of my three nails have lost their polish. I’m just hanging out with family, doing nothing special. I paid quite a bit and am very disappointed my nails are not going to to be pretty for tomorrow. I don’t splurge that often soooo sad

Service received- Pedicure- To begin with nail tech had an attitude, like she know me from a past life or something. Did my pedicure dry and in less than 5 to 8 mins(not joking) My feet feel worst than when I came in. Do not recommend but there isn’t much else in Mount Pleasant anyway

BE AWARE, UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF MAY 2022. We used to love this place, until sold. They never let anyone know. If you have a nail tech that you thought you had a appointment with, they will tell you only after you sit down that ” Oh he is on Vacation ” and expect to use someone else. Not happy with the bait and switch game. Never going back. Luckily for us we found where our favorite people went to.

Terrible service! I went to get a pedicure with a group of friends and it litteraly took 15 minutes total for them to do the pedicure and shellac! There was no real pedicure involved just trimming toe nails and that is it! To top it off, all the nail techs were extremely rude! Don’t waste your time or money at that place just go somewhere else!
