I’ve been going to this nail salon since they had their first little salon down Rodeo Rd. years ago. They were always so sweet and took their time and did a great job. However, over the last year or 2 since building their new location by walmart, they’ve gotten new nail techs and going there just has not been the same. Every time my friend and i go there we seem to have more and more problems with our services. The Nail techs are all so rude now and are SO rough and aggressive. I always find myself leaving there with cuts on my fingers now and my polish always seems to be messed up on at least one or 2 fingers every time. Today, the nail tech was more rude than ever, and painted my nails a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR THAN WHAT I GAVE HER!! And then tried to tell me it was the same color when it was clearly 2 different colors. The nail tech had wrapped the INCORRECT polish in a paper towel so i wouldn’t see that it was the wrong polish, and when i asked her if it was the original polish i had given her, she proceeded to lie to my face. The original polish i gave her is the same polish i’ve been getting for over a year now so i know for a fact she did the wrong polish on my nails. My friend and i have been their most loyal and faithful customers over the last 4 years, but sadly, we will not be returning anymore. If i could give this place 0 stars, i would have.

First time going and it was amazing!!! Great staff!!! Beautiful place!!! You have a few options for pedicure which we choose the deluxe and was worth every penny!!! I also did a full set with gel amazing work!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Critical: ProfessionalismI admit I’m new to the area, but this nail salon was one of the worst ones I’ve been to.I’ve been stressed, so I’d been chewing my nails and finally wanted to go get them done and break the habit. So yes, my nails were short.I asked for acrylics and a gel polish. I sat down and she started sizing tips to my nails. One she put 2-3 milimeters off and over my skin on the other side. It was also crooked. I pointed this out and she said ‘I’ll tell you again, the gel will cover this up’. Fine, you’re the professional here, I’ll trust you. The nail is still crooked and I’ll edit the review from my phone to add a photo later. Now that all the work is done, the acrylic is dry and digging into my skin and painful.My cuticles were dry when I came in. She did not soften them or even work on them, she painfully pushed them back with her own nails and started the acrylic work.The woman who painted my nails was very very nice. Overall she did a great job on my nails. But I asked for an ombre effect on my ring finger and she was unable to do so. Since she was having trouble I told her she could just paint them a solid color. I brought my 2 girls to get their nails done before vacation. When they STARTED on their nails (not when we arrived) I asked how long it would take and she said 30-35 minutes. Critical: Professionalism, QualityPedicure was great! I also got a full set of acrylic on my hands. My nail tech was very tough, she picked off my previous acrylic which hurt, when I expressed that she continued to pick at it. She was very rough with the filing and my nails are now very thin. I will not be returning.
