Supposed to have had a gel service done to match my gel color/pedicure from last week. I asked the tech at LEAST 6 times for gel. She INSISTED I do dip and that the colors 100% match, same brand, color etc.

Critical: QualityI honestly have loved going here for the longest time. My pedicures have always been amazing and the women there are super nice and friendly! But after one bad experience after another I will not be returning, my nails were torn up and hurt in the process. The application was sloppy and VERY rushed. The length is different on all my nails and the shape was supposed to be almond even though some look different then others. It’s honestly a hit or a miss with this place and it’s up to you pedicures are AMAZING but manicures …not so much I honestly have loved going here for the longest time. I honestly have loved going here for the longest time. My pedicures have always been amazing and the women there are super nice and friendly! But after one bad experience after another I will not be returning, my nails were torn up and hurt in the process. The application was sloppy and VERY rushed. Worst pedicure ever. As stated on their website if you paid 45.00 you could get an intensive callous exfoliation. When they were done my feet were terrible. The manager walked by and I told him. He said he would have her come back. She was doing someone’s Nails. When I brought it her attention she said I needed to pay 55.00 or that service. I explained that on their websiteit was 45.00 she just kept arguing with me. The manager did nothing. when he was told by the receptionist I wasn’t happy with the service. He didn’t even come over and talk to me.

The nail experience was amazing I got exactly what I asked for except they just stuck me to get my nails dry n didnt tell me how long to sit there and so after 15 or 20 minutes I left n messed up a few nails right wen I got to my car lol. I’ll definitely go back they got the shape perfect.

My pedicure was awful. ‘Holly’ was slow and did not do a thorough job when cutting my cuticles or tending to my calluses, you can still see the dried white skin on my toes. My nail shapes are not the same, they are crooked. Holly barely did any filing. The polish job was sub par it is clumpy on my big toe. Never once did she ask me if everything was OK or if I liked what she was doing. And the massaging of my feet you could barely call that a massage!! I really have had good luck here in the past but this one experience was it not great.
