This is not a nail salon for anyone to go the lady in the front chair is very unprofessional and rude. There is an older that walk you down for their. I paid for a cut down and refill and told them I didn’t like it because it was to thick because the younger never filed it down correctly. And the lady in the front got and attitude because I asked for them to take it off so she change $10 more and wanted to change just to put polish back on. I always paid $36 for this service but today I was rushing & the young guy charged me $41 it didn’t hit me until I reached home I called them & spoke to the owner the lady who sit in the front I explain to her I always paid $36 she said was rude & said she’s not going to argue with me. I always paid $36 for this service but today I was rushing & the young guy charged me $41 it didn’t hit me until I reached home I called them & spoke to the owner the lady who sit in the front I explain to her I always paid $36 she said was rude & said she’s not going to argue with me. My nails look like somebody was practicing on my hands and when I show him his works that’s look horrible he shrugged his shoulder. Very unpleasant with the service an this was my 3rd strike. Went there today an got a fullset and I hated my nails. The tech at the first seat in the 3rd roll is unprofessional, and rush nails. My nails look like somebody was practicing on my hands and when I show him his works that’s look horrible he shrugged his shoulder. Very unpleasant with the service an this was my 3rd strike.
