My first time going here, and it was amazing. The shop itself was very sparkly clean, customer service was great. Me and my mother came here to get eyebrow waxes. Tina, i believe her name was, did an outstanding job. She kept complimenting my eyebrows and she shaped them so nicely. My mother had thinner eyebrows, and every place we go they comment on them. Tina did not mention anything about her eyebrows and instead thickened them up for her! Such an amazing place.

Tried to get a fill in today after being turned down 3 times. The nail tech that sits closes to the door on right hand side when you walk in is very rude. I have already been waiting 30min, a young lady comes in but with no appointment gets seated before me. He said she called, my question was should I call before coming. He said yes or just wait. Mind you already waited 30min

Let me start with the fact I’m not a nail technician but this appointment was absurd. My friend and I got our nails done today and I can’t even describe how much they hurt now. On top of the fact it was very clear unsanitary tools were being used. I should’ve stopped this appointment before it even started but I was looking forward to this day. At the end of the day the two technicians we had seemed to just lack knowledge of proper cleanliness and technique of the work.

I always enjoy my experience at Top Nails. My favorite tech is Don but I’ve allowed a few different techs to service me. Only one bad experience with a lady who no longer works there. Anyway, it’s pretty clean and the nail techs are very knowledgeable. They have good pricing and my nails are always bomb when I leave there. It’s best to go during the week if wanting an appointment with a specific tech. Weekends are walk in only and it gets BUSY. This past weekend, I got a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow waxing. Very satisfied per usual. No complaints.

Nails started at 12:30.. Left at 1:40.. I wanted a pedicure too but I didn’t want to spend all day in there..Services: Nail art, Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I had Henry while my friend had Don. Both were so nice, obviously cared about their work. I was clueless about what accents I wanted and this is what Henry came up with. I absolutely love it! I’ve been getting stilettos for years and these are the nicest ones I have ever had in terms of shape, care, and bonding.
