My business has been this location for almost 10 years. We have very skillful , experienced , nice and enthusiastic employees. They have been doing nails for long time. We do a lot SNS dip and powder . They are very healthy. It helps nails grow better, it has no smell at all. We do all kinds of different nails: pink and white liquid gel , ombre, chrome, pink and white dip and powder. They are very natural just like real nails . We do herbal spa pedicure. It is really relaxing .

The first time I came here in 2019, my nails were great! Ever since, the quality has slowly declined. As a long term customer I will never go to Top Nails again. The owner rushed my manicure each time I got them done which cause my nails to break the day after. When I called to let them know I was over charged for a polish change and to tell them about the broken nail, I was yelled at by owner and was told I was in the wrong. Due to the berating over the phone, I won’t be back.

The salon is great and the employees work hard – however, they do not honor appointment times. Often they double book themselves and leave people waiting. I get a 10-15 min wait, but there have been times that i’ve waited 30-45 mins WITH an appointment which is unacceptable.

Great salon! Very friendly and welcoming! I had my 3 year old daughter with me and she was being a little loud and rude, yelling whose gonna do my nails, running around with the swatches and things like that, BUT the staff took in stride and was very kind and understanding both to me and her! Furthermore my tech did an AMAZING job! I got there about 45 mins before closing time for a gel refill, there was about 5 or 6 other people already being worked on, i was seen within 10 mins and even though my tech started the job about a half hour before closing time she DID NOT rush or cut ANY corners and just did an all out amazing job! I will definitely be returning and have found my new permanent salon! Thank you Top Nails!

They were extremely accommodating. I changed my mind on what I wanted, like 3 times. I just recommend you make an appt, as they get really busy. I made an appt & got there a half hour early, but they still weren’t able to get to me till 515, or so. I’d definitely go back. Ombre they have are limited to 2. I also wish they listed that they wanted cash only tips, as I never carry cash on me, and didn’t know until I was sitting in the chair getting my nails done.

I have been to this amazing salon dozens of times. Service is always excellent, and results impressive. They care about giving you the best experience and keep your nails helathy. Due to a temporary move I’ve had to go to other nail salons to once again be convinced they don’t come even close top nails and spa in that respect. Highly recommend
