Critical: Punctuality, QualityI scheduled an appointment with my best friend to get two sets of acrylics put on at 2:30pm. We show up, and they don’t start on our nails until 3:45-4. Only one person was going back and forth working on mine and my friends nails. We don’t get out of the nail salon until 5:20pm. The next day, BOTH of our nails are chipping. And our nails do not look like the photos we asked for. I scheduled an appointment with my best friend to get two sets of acrylics put on at 2:30pm. We show up, and they don’t start on our nails until 3:45-4. Only one person was going back and forth working on mine and my friends nails. We don’t get out of the nail salon until 5:20pm. The next day, BOTH of our nails are chipping. Critical: Quality, ValueThis is my first time leaving a review ever. I honestly don’t like giving negative reviews or making people feel bad, but I’m super disappointed with how the quality of my nails turned out. I recently moved from the west side and don’t get my nails done very often, but when I do I expect a friendly & quality job. I’m about to go on vacation and wanted cute light colored spring nails. I picked out a color for my pedicure that was lighter (even though it was cat eye), but it came out dark and was not satisfied with it. I brought it up, but the lady already spent so much time on it, didn’t seem like she wanted to start over..I came in with pictures of what I wanted for my nails, had to make a few changes because they didn’t have the exact colors I wanted and still didn’t get anything close to the pictures I wanted. I even had to speak up a few times about certain nails needing to be fixed, which is something I’ve never had to do before. The women here are super nice and I know it’s hard work, but I was definitely over charged for what I got. Now I’m going on vacation with nails I don’t love and was overcharged for. This is my first time leaving a review ever. I honestly don’t like giving negative reviews or making people feel bad, but I’m super disappointed with how the quality of my nails turned out.
