they were very nice but the service was very rushed. paid for 45 minute pedi and he did it in 30. they definitely do the cuticle shortcut with the filer that cuts your cuticles up and made me bleed. lumpy and thin manicure but ok for the price. Pedicure, Manicure

Went in for a fill, the tech had no idea what he was doing he took forever and did a terrible job. He did not properly seal the acrylic so water and air got under the nail causing a fungus to grow. I obvisouly went to another salon to have this fixed. Do not go here they are unsanitary and unqualified. I’m not one to leave a negative review but the serivce was awful and literally caused a fungus to grow on my nail.

Services very rushed and salon was not busy. Pedicure turned out okay. But manicure looked bad. I paid for gel and manicure was clumpy, like the top coat was done with a dry brush. By the next day a nail had already chipped. And by the 3rd day 4 gel nails had chipped. The people were nice but I won’t be going back.

TERRIBLE! I had Charlie do my dip powder manicure 4 days ago and it has already chipped AND it is lifting on my thumb. I live 3.5hrs away and was in town visiting family. He refused a refund and told me he can only fix it if I come in. I explained that I live 3.5 hrs away and cannot come back. He simply said sorry, we don’t do refunds. This is not acceptable in my book! Stand behind your work. I have had MANY MANY dip manicures and they have NEVER chipped before! Even 4 weeks later. BEWARE!

They did my nails perfectly what I wanted, I asked for a certain shape the point kind and she did amazing matching it. I love them. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is the lack of talking, i get anxiety and shy and places like these and i was used to my old nail places getting to know me and talking to me which calms me down but no one even attempted. Other than that pretty good service.
