Top Nails in Grover Beach is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. All of the employees are super friendly and Tom does an OUTSTANDING job. He is gentle and does exactly what I ask. Today I showed him a picture of ombre nails that I found on the internet and he did an amazing job….I am so happy with how they turned out. Definitely the BEST nail salon in the 5 cities.

Critical: ProfessionalismTo start off the foot scrub for the pedicure hurt my heal. He scrubbed hard on my shin bone and it left a red scar. Not too good for a wedding reception that I went to and for me wearing sandals. It was like he didn’t care. The manicure young lady was nice, but unprofessional /or new in putting on polish. some smudges. polish came off easily the next day. $50 I expected better service. Worst manicure ever. My skin around my nails was cut deep and raw enough to sting a day later. During the mani she asked if it was ok to stop and quickly wax another customer’s brow. Considering I was having my pedi at the same time (not my choice) it seemed reasonable but super awkward. Not a relaxing experience. Staff do not speak English well enough to really have clear communication without hand gestures. The only reason I went here was because I didn’t need an appointment.
