Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy pedicure was rushed and not really completed. The callouses on my feet were only half done- they were still rough when I got home. I had to ask for the water to be heated and there was nothing added to the water. I explained the condition of my toenails is because of the running and walking that I do and she criticized them. (I don’t need to pay to get criticized – my sister will do it for free!) She didn’t massage my feet or calves like other places do. Plus, she answered her phone and was talking on it during my appointment. My pedicure was rushed and not really completed. The callouses on my feet were only half done- they were still rough when I got home.
