Critical: Quality, ValueI was quoted a $15 manicure and when she got done and asked me if I had cash to pay I said no. She said how about tip? Do you have cash for my tip? I was planning on tipping her with my debit card. It’s funny how they expect a tip. She charged me $30 because I didnt have cash and I did tip her $10 from my debit card because I understand that is how they make their money but I will never go back. They are rude and my nails were all crooked and she didnt even file them. It took her 15 minutes to do my nails. I was quoted a $15 manicure and when she got done and asked me if I had cash to pay I said no. She said how about tip? Do you have cash for my tip? I was planning on tipping her with my debit card. It’s funny how they expect a tip. She charged me $30 because I didnt have cash and I did tip her $10 from my debit card because I understand that is how they make their money but I will never go back. Critical: Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience they did horrible on my acrylics I had acrylic powder and nail glue all stuck to the back… she called me out on how much tip to leave in front of The clients and rudely asked me if I had cash or not which that should be discussed somewhat privately I found that very unprofessional It took me 2 days to reshape my nails and get them down to what they should have actually looked like the acrylic set powder was so chunky and uneven it Was a nightmare I will not be going back. And word of advice I’m bilingual as well but in a professional setting you should speak English so that everyone can understand what is going on especially when it comes to paying for something or some sort Of service. And don’t knock up the price at the end of a service once you’ve already quoted your clients something else in the beginning not cool!
