This is the first time in over a year that I’ve gotten my nails done, my nail artist was very talented and offer good conversation while she did my nails. In the past I’ve had issues at other nail salonswith my nails popping off the Polish coming off a day or two after the nail artist being too rough also getting the correct shape that I request for my nails, not one of those things was an issue here. For a full set with only $40 with gel polish and I have received multiple compliments on my nails. This is definitely my new go to place!

My fiancé and I went for a trip to Lake Elsinore. We live in LA and let me tell you the service and the outcome of my nails were A++++++ with Top Nails. I was anxious about going to this place because it’s out of my comfort zone and i was scared i would come out of the place hating my nails. Plus, it was 2 hrs before closing time so, in my head i was mentally preparing myself for a not very good service because of the previous reviews. I don’t remember the ladys name that did them but thank you for your exceptional service and checking on me every now and then to see if thats how i liked them! I loved them! They are, with no exaggeration, the BEST set i have gotten ever since i began getting my nails done. (16 yrs old-22yrs old) I felt welcomed by all the three ladys in the shop! Thank you.

Zero stars. Lady always on her phone. Horrible nail art.. never get my nails how I want. Lady has negatively attitude. Been going here for a year because its close to me and I’m new here. She changes her prices on whim. Never returning because I got toe fungus after my pedicure. Place is dirty. Her station is always dirty/dusty and she always knicks or cuts me when filing my nails.

The women that do nails are nice and I have no complaints in regards to my experience.The only thing I do recommend, is to maybe get a better waxer or have them practice more, because my eyebrows were done with bare minimum effort.. I am used to my old wax lady (at a different salon) spending ample time perfecting my brows, plucking them and making sure they are even. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a appointment with the owner to do my nails not only did she take 2 hours to finish my nails and toes but she over price me for just white polish on toes and nails she charge 90 dollar I could of gone anywhere else and they would of only charge me 70 for that price!! The girl was rude and rushed thru them she was rough with my 11 yr old daughter .. she did an ok job on mine but was kinda sloppy on my daughter she definitely could of done better.. she over charged my niece saying that she got gel when she obviously did not.. there are not many choices on this side of lake especially when u walking ..

I’ve been going here for a few months. This past visit I was told to come in at 4. When I arrived I was told to come at 6 since business picked up. I arrived and waited just over TWO HOURS to finally get my nails done. The work they do is great but the service can be very hit or miss. They can be very helpful and nice, I was even offered a ride home since it got so late and dark. But always keep in mind that the time they say isn’t always guaranteed.

I went into the shop today with my daughter. The lady Lisa, I think that was her name, first booth in the shop, did an awesome job on my nails but she had the worst attitude I’ve encountered in a long time. She was rude in how she spoke and she pulled my arm A lot and threw my hand to the side when she wanted me to switch hands. I had to ask her twice if she could paint my daughters nails because she didn’t answer me and she said yeah let me finish first . I said ok no problem I was just asking because you didn’t answer me. I was waiting to see how she treated my child because I would have lost it but she was fine with her. She finished my nails and didn’t put lotion or oil or anything on my hands. She never asked if o wanted a design or anything. I paid her, said thank you but no tip. I won’t be returning. Gear work but ZERO customer service. No thank you.
