I want to first say I’ve had enough bad experiences to be able to write this. So you should really take it to heart because I don’t write reviews based off one bad experience. Julie is a very unprofessional, unfair, manipulative, and plain disrespectful manager. She lies and changes prices as she wishes even when they don’t reflect what’s in the pamphlet (which is visible on the front desk). She randomly increased the price of my nails because they were “long” which is incorrect because she never charges me that much and I ALWAYS do the same length.

I have been coming to this nail salon for many years. It does tend to get very busy and they sometimes overbook. I have gone in with an appointment and have had to wait. Overall, I am happy with the service. The manager always remembers everyone and tries to make everybody feel comfortable. I would recommend this place.

This place does great nails and has great customer service. Get the Bio Gel and make an appointment…the wait is never more than 10 minutes. Everyone is really good. Hailey and Chi are some of the favorites. Plenty of parking.

Stars for cleanliness and being attended to as soon as I got there, however the girl who did my nails seemed to be in a rush to be done with my acrylics to start on the next customer. I had to remind her that I needed to wash my hands before she started polishing up my nails, and overall was somewhat careless to details. Should’ve made an appointment with Lan.
