My bestie and I went in for a holiday pedicure… 38 bucks – no frills, no massage – hot stones was basically the only bell/whistle at that price. I always bring my own polish as I like the shade on my toes. A week later, I noticed a chip in one toe. This is unusual as my Pedicures generally last me months. Could be a me thing, but another reason I bring my own polish so I can touch up at home. We called ahead to make an “appointment,” came on time, and still had walk-ins serviced ahead of us and had to wait. The staff was nice but will likely try another place next time.

There was an extremely long wait, an hour, which they do not inform you of. I got a fill in which took 2 1/2 hours to actually do. The acrylic was left lumpy and looked terrible. They did a pearl powder over gel polish which cost $18 extra. The 5 coats of gel polish was not applied evenly and came out very clumpy and began chipping off the next day. I had white tips but they repaired a nail using a different color tip and filled in using a different color acrylic so all of my nails came out looking terrible. The tech tried but just didn’t have the skills he needed. It was a waste of time and money and I will not be going back.

I’m disappointed with the service I got. Language barrier and very rude. I got a Pedicure and an overlay. They rushed to do my nails and painted uneven. Plus they ruin my nail shape and they were rough with my hands. Sorry. I’m not going back this place again after they changed ownership. Sorry.
