DO NOT GO HERE. I mean I should’ve walked out without paying. It looks like a CHILD did my nails. Asked them if they were able to do this design, and they said yes. DO NOT GO HERE. I am disgusted. I payed 70 dollars and now I have to go get them redone. My engagement photos will be ruined with how much she damaged my cuticles as well. I am in pain.

I should have just left when I walked in and it was 10 workers, their husbands and children and only me in the shop. I stayed and they cut my cuticles i left bleeding in several places. Only one person speaks english and she acts like its the hugest inconvenience if you need to communicate. Such an awkward experience that i paid way too much for.

Dipping power mani, regular pedi. My daughter got a regular many/pedi. Big color selection, staff was nice. Little pricey compared to what I normally pay, but I also knew going in it would mostly likely be more expensive than my salon.

My Sister in law, niece, daughter and I went in for services today for my nieces birthday. We were sat immediately as we called ahead for availability. My pedicure from sitting until being escorted out of the chair was maybe 20 minutes, if I’m being generous. None of the 4 technicians were detail oriented AT ALL. And, for $32 pedicure, I expect a better polish job than having polish all around my nails. Additionally, my daughter’s fingernail polish has already started to chip. After rushing all 4 of our services (1 pedi, 2 mani/pedis, and a full set of acrylic) they preceded to sit in the massage chairs to hang on their phone. I’m not sure if this is normal for their business or normal treatment of people who are visiting, but I would not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value56$ for 2 plain polish manicures. I was grateful they where able to squeeze us in. We Recently moved to summit and our hands where in need of a mani. Very dry from unpacking boxes. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. She was very rough , clipped so hard and fast with the trimmer she cut my cuticle. They where very rude. I did clear nail polish. 56$ for 2 manicure. I except high prices wouldn’t have minded paying for it but the quality was terrible and very rude. More like bottom nails. They’re the cheapest nail salon but they’re cheap for a reason. My appt was scheduled for 2pm and I didn’t even get sat until 2:50 (I thought about walking out & should have) two of my nails came out literally crooked and I had to tell them because they didn’t notice. I then told them I wanted nude color and they tried 7 different ones, each time I said no that’s too pink, I’m looking for more nude/tan. I settled on a pink tone because they clearly weren’t understanding. They didn’t clean under the nail so there was left over residue, and my nails were “rough/jagged” I had to come home and file them again myself. The staff was rude and almost made it seem like customers were an inconvenience. Worst experience I’ve had in the 15 years of getting my nails done and will now go to the spot on Main Street.

When I asked for a refund they refused. Grossly overpriced.
