I took my daughter today to get her nails done for school, when we get there the place was empty so we went in and my baby showed her a photo of what she wanted all she wanted was french tips the lady did a terrible job when I asked her to fixed them she said it was my daughters fault because she kept moving( my daughter is 13 and she’s had her nails done before) and because it was regular nail polish! the acrilic was lumpy it didn’t cover the side of the nail all the way to her fingers the polish was patchy they basicaly looked worst then press ons, Also Howie is very rude he has the worst customer service and a nasty attitude.No wonder the place was empty. Never Again.

This is the worth pedicure that I have ever had…. It was the “deluxe “ As you can see by the photo, (which was taken on day 5) the cuticle was not pushed back, the dead skin not removed and the paint is uneven and splotchy. Even though there was no one waiting, they were in a hurry. I have been here numerous times and never really thrilled, but this is that last time for me.

I’ve been here twice now. Your experience will greatly depend on who it’s doing your nails. Last time Jasmine did my pedicure and it turned out fine. This last time I went I got a manicure and pedicure from Natalie and it was frankly quite terrible. She made both of my big toes bleed and several fingers when using the cuticle trimmer. My left big toe bleed profusely, and I’m not a bleeder. It hurt so bad. Even today my toes and a few fingers are very sore. If you look closely you can see where a small piece of flesh was cut out. If the owner hadn’t interfered and attempted to fix things, as much as she could considering I was practically mauled, I would write this place off and never go back. If you go, ask for Jasmine or Michelle, so you don’t leave bleeding and in pain.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was very nice. Natalie (which there are not such favorable reviews below) did a FANTASTIC job on my pedicure!!! I needed one bad and she trimmed/cut/descaled my foot and not one scratch. They also did my pedi & nails at the same time, which i appreciate because i dont have a lot of time to spare. I’m VERY pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them!
