I went to a local nail salon. I was very unhappy with my nails. I went to Top Nails to see if they could fix the ridiculous looking nails. Mai worked her magic & they were beautiful. I went back & Mai was not available, so I went to Veronica. Again, I left with beautiful nails. Veronica has been doing my nails for a year now. I won’t go anywhere else.

I went here first time. Told them 2 times I wanted gel nails new set. One lady gave me a price another lady another price. Then the tech starts doing my nails a manicure. Then gets the gel color and got up and picked a different color out said I didn’t want that color. She put it on my real nails. So I stopped her and said I said 2 times I wanted tips with gel. Absolutely horrible service and they do not communicate well. I said can I just pay for the manicure because this is ridiculous. I won’t be back just horrible.

I get my nails dipped and I usually go to weatherford to Tj nails, but I ran outta time it was Christmas Eve n I needed my nails done. I told the lady I like my nails thick and short the only thing that was right was the short part. My nails were done sooo thin I’ve already broke 3 nails and I’ve only had them on for less than 2 weeks. I can usually go 3weeks if they r done correctly. I WONT GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

This used to be my place. The only place i went for every service i had done. I knew everyone in there. Then i had to stop going for a little bit and when i went back, they had sold it, so i gave it a try. It wasnt bad, the next time i went was for my eye brows, after she was done waxing, she filled then in with pencil and told me i needed to start doing that, it gave them a tattooed look???? I dont want a tattooed look, i have real eye brows. When i got home, i realized why she had filled them in and wouldnt let me look before was because she had notched them. So i gave the nail tech another shot. I have real nails that i get dipped. He put the dip on with a brush, and its super paper thin on some nails and super thick and heavy on others. Then he filed my nails down to almost to my finger tips trying to get them straight and some are still crooked. I attached pictures.After all that and 1 1/2 hours later charged me 40.00.

After going to 4 different salons asking if they took Google Pay (had to get card replaced) because no one could answer a phone, this place said they took Zelle so I was very happy. Then when the lady was so meticulous and so detailed in her work I was in love. She was funny and made me love my nails. I have found my new place!

I tend to put it off having my toes done because I know the pain I’ll experience for several days after the service. Kimmy was exceptional. This was literally the first time I have ever had my toes done that they didn’t hurt the next day. Kudos to Kimmy. I WILL be back!

They were absolutely wonder with my 10 and 8 year old granddaughters. The girls wanted gel nails with a pattern. The staff was very sweet and friendly even wishing the 8 year old a happy Birthday. Tank you Top nails for being awsome with their 1st experience with a mani/pedi.

The gentleman seemed new. He didn’t know where anything was and I was sent out with wet polish. They sent me out the door with those slick flip flops and almost fell several times. Too scared of hurting myself I put my shoes on and messed up my polish. Not a good experience for me, but my husband said his service was fine.

I went in there to get my nails done along with my step daughter. They were unprofessional. Taking video calls, yelling at each other. Kept switching our techs out. It was just a mess. We were the only 2 customers in there. It took nearly 3 hours for them to do our nails. The women doing mine put 10 coats of dip powder on mine before I finally said something because they were getting so thick. The finished result itS still bad. They’re so thick and even cover my cuticles even a week after having them done. I’m honestly probably going to pay someone else to take these monstrosities off.
