I have been going here for 6 years, not because of the nails but because I like the way Lee does pedicures. Customer service has never been great but I go because I like to keep the same person for pedicures. They Never accommodate a customer when THEY’RE in the wrong. I booked an appointment on Tuesday for FRIDAY at 3:30. I come to my appointment ON TIME and Nancy tells me I have to wait until 5:00 or come back Saturday or Sunday. Whyy Would I do that when I clearly booked for Friday at 3:30 for a reason?! Instead of accommodating me by moving things around for me to be seen because I was in fact scheduled, she tells me to come another day. This is not the first or second time this has happened. I will never ever be back!!

Went to get my nails done here for the first time in 3 years. Everyone took care of me here. I was able to get the design I was wanting for the holidays and even added a little flair to my toes. Of course it was busy for being late on a Friday night but everything I wanted done was done and then some. Super happy with my nails and most def will be back again.

I want to say first that I have been here a few times before. I tipped the. Well each time. But Sunday Oct 24 after church I went to get a manicure. Nothing fancy just gel nails. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. Today is Oct 29th. Instead of soaking my nails to remove the old polish she used the electric filer. THEY ARE MY OWN NAILS. She literally thinned it hem so much that they were breaking and cracking within a few hours. I will let the pictures speak for me. They were busy and she was just rushing I would be surprised if no one else had an issue this day. Well needless to say I have spent my LAST dollar there. She ruined my nails. It has not been a week.

Very pushy, when my choice differs from (the up charge suggestion) that they want to charge they start speaking (I’m assuming their language) very loud, laughing and pointing towards you and your hands making one to (me) feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Very unprofessional. Wish we had more if any home based nail salons, at least they would know how to treat an U.S. citizen.
