Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband treated me to mani/pedi with him here at the salon. A male did my mani/pedi and he did not do my cuticles. My nails were ruined in about three days. He was over aggressive with my petty, taking the skin off and I had to nurse my foot back to health for the next four days by keeping it really clean with disinfectant, soaps, and antibiotic ointment, and it hurt very badly. My husband treated me to mani/pedi with him here at the salon. A male did my mani/pedi and he did not do my cuticles. My nails were ruined in about three days. He was over aggressive with my petty, taking the skin off and I had to nurse my foot back to health for the next four days by keeping it really clean with disinfectant, soaps, and antibiotic ointment, and it hurt very badly. I never went to a place that didn’t do a proper manicure in my life until this place. it’s like they skipped the manicure part of the cutical removal and all that stuff and went straight to putting dip color on. The color isn’t even all the way covering my nails and looks discolored, bunched up, bulky and awful. I am sure my little neice would do a better job. I have a very important job interview and now will have to go get my nails redone because of how horrible they look. Worst 40 dollars spent in my life. I promise I have only ever wrote maybe 3 reviews in my life but felt like everyone should be aware of this place!

I have used this place many times over the years…my family have given me certificates for Christmas also in the past from here. I have come in several Saturdays when I have been in town. One of those times I set and waited over 2 hours and didn’t get in. Another time over an hour and half. Left both times. I had a certificate I got as a Christmas present. Because it was bought on the 8th of December and it expired 6 mo later (use to be a year). I didn’t realize it had changed to 6 mo. They would not budge on the time line at all. I was less then a month after the expiration date and they said they couldn’t budge even though I told them I had been in at least twice before the experiation date and couldn’t get in, since Saturdays are the only days I can come in. It didn’t matter! I won’t be back if this is the way they treat customers. There are to many other nail places that wouldn’t do this. I would think TWICE about purchasing a gift for family or friends here.
