I was a walk in last week to get my nails and toes done for an upcoming wedding. It was my first time at the salon. The atmosphere was great, the salon was clean, and the workers were very kind. However, my nails were so misshaped, thick, bubbly and messy. It’s been less than one week and 4 of my toes polish have already peeled off. The prices on the site did not accurately reflect the price I was charged. I paid over $100 and it’s only been a week and I’ll have to go get them redone. Very disappointed as I was hopeful this would be an awesome experience.

Had an appointment scheduled at 11:30, was pulling into the parking lot at 11:33 due to awful CWS traffic and got a call from them that I didn’t answer BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING. Walked into a completely empty salon with one dude standing at the counter and the woman who does the nails was outside smoking a cigarette right by the door. He told me he called someone else to come get their nails done since “I didn’t answer my phone” (less than. 30 secs before I walked in) they could not see me. I’m not surprised they were empty and so desperate for customers they needed to call someone to come in.

The guys are my favorite because they always talk to you and my nails always come out a little better when they do it.
