I made an appointment three days ago. When I went in, they greeted me briefly with a “Can I help you.” and then I waited. No more conversation to us from any worker. They looked extremely busy, very few employees and the shop was busy. We sat there for 20 min and no one came over to talk to us. The shop is dirty, mismanaged and awful customer service. We left.

Came in for a full set today. I did not have an appointment but was seen right away. I wish I knew the lady’s name who did my nails, as she did an amazing job.
