Super friendly staff who don’t hesitate to make your #nailgoals a reality. They were also patient as I debated which colors to get after changing my mind time-and provided the perfect color when I asked what color went with the one I liked. I also loved how I didn’t have to pay extra for every little detail like accent nails, shaping, etc. Very inexpensive for the quality of services! Definitely making this a regular spot.

The last time I visited Top Nail for a pedicure it was OK, but they cut me when they were trimming cuticles. After this experience, I will not return. This time, the attendant was by herself. When I first came in I was asked to return in an hour because they were busy. I did this and was seated immediately. While she was doing the pedicure, a woman came in to have polish removed and then a couple came in, both wanting pedicures. This is when things went south. She applied only one coat of polish (that I brought in). I’m not sure about a base coat, but there was no top coat. She moved from pedicure to pedicure without ever washing her hands. She was rude to all 3 of us, while completely ignoring the woman at the table. All 3 of us had to ask if we were done when she turned her backs on us to attend to the woman at the table. I will NEVER return to this location!!!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went in on a saturday for an appointment and it was a little busy but i had an appointment. I waited 10mins until i got my nails started. Not too big of deal. Then the girl started doing my nails, didnt cut or even trim them, i had to ask her. Then after my “manicure” the NEXT day my top coat on my nail came off. So i came back on monday, they were closed. So i came back on tuesday and the first time i walked in they told me they were too busy and come back in 30mins. I came back AGAIN and waited another 15mins for them to fix my nail. All i needed was a top coat. I will never come back again. The problem was the customer service. Don’t waste your money! They are rude and don’t take pride in their work. Horrible experience! I’d give 0 stars, if I could. Got a full set of Acrylics with Gel nail polish. First off, the paint job was horrible, they looked like a child painted my nails. Second, there was a thin layer of acrylic done, so after 2 days, I had a nail break. I will never be going to this place again, even if they’re the only one in town! They need to find another profession, bc I could’ve done better, myself!

I had a full-set done and within the first three days I had 3 fall off. I am extremely disappointed. The young man is really nice and did a great job on my pedicure, but the woman that seems to be in charge, was rude and in a hurry!

This place sucks! My $40 gel full set nails are lumpy and don’t cover my real nails. I asked to get the lumps out so she filed them and left them all gritty and not shinny. They look terrible.

Don’t waste your money and time. I just had my no chip nail polish put on and they look hideous. My fingertips were painted with nail polish as well when I asked for it to be removed she said that it will come off eventually on its own. My cuticles were not cut and removed properly there’s still ripped and dry parts of them left on my nails. There’s bubbles underneath the nail polish that I inquired about and I was told that that’s how no chip polish looks like. I have to say I am very disappointed in the service I got.

Over priced. 45 dollars for face waxed. Skin on my face is burnt and some ripped off. Also have wax stuck in my head hair that wont come out. Will Never return.my second terrible experience . I guess I understand now why itwasthe only place available to get me in. Waxing

I’ve been there several times and except for one time I’ve always been a little disappointed. The lady that seems to be in charge is always rude. I went there today for a pedicure and a regular manicure. The guy doing my pedicure was very nice. The lady doing my manicure was ridiculously rude. She apparently was appalled by my long nails. She started talking to the guy and it was apparent she was talking about me in their language. She did a horrible job with filing as they are all misshaped. The polish is lumpy and looks terrible. She was very abrupt with not only me but the other 3 people that came in after me. When I checked out, she didn’t even say thank you. There’s nail places everywhere. I’ll go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and appreciates the business. Very disappointed today and I will not go back.
