My nails turned out great just like the picture I provided. Only issue I had was timing. I had set an appointment for 5:30 ( which they recommended ) but didn’t get seated until 6. Definitely wouldn’t depend on timing there. Other than that good experience and very clean. Acrylic nails

My favorite salon! Friendly, professional staff and they always do an amazing job. I got my nails done here for my birthday with a few of my girlfriends and they did all of our acrylic nails and pedicures perfectly.

Had an appointment with Judy the owner’s wife, I showed her a picture of the design I like she was very rude kinda “yelling” even the other 2 customers who were doing their pedicures kept looking at like what’s going on!! Told her I usually showed them a picture and they found similar colors and I would pick which one I want so she replied saying “not me” pick a color you want so you won’t tell me didn’t like it after. I still tipped her even though she doesn’t deserve it. If you hate what you do you should find something else that can make you happy. You can be the best nail tech but with this attitude, definitely you will lose customers. I won’t go again or recommend someone either.

This is the first nail salon I’ve gone to for nails, and the only one I’ve been going to since then! Everyone in this family business has worked on my nails and they all do a wonderful job! I found them through Google and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Now, even they keep going. Keep up the awesome work! Everyone is skilled and kind, I appreciate it. I will continue to do my nails here as long as they are open!

Why bother make appointments if you won’t respect them?! I called to book an appt and they suggested that I come in at noon (mind you, I didn’t suggest the hour, they did!). Came in to wait an extra 30 min. The crazier part is the lady who was sitting next to while waiting told me she did not make an appointment. But she got service before I did! Left me wondering, what’s the point of an appointment, especially when it’s you (the business) who even suggests/recommends to the customer what time to come in. Not sure I’m giving you my business anymore. I hope you do better.

I wanted to check this place out due to their high reviews, and was instantly disappointed. I called at 11am to ask if they had any openings for a 3pm appointment. The woman I spoke with asked what I wanted done, then followed with “yes, see you at 3!”.

Horrible! These people are very rude. I walked in and The lady said we don’t open till 9:30 AM so pick a color. I asked how long the wait would be and she had a person she was working on but apparently she claimed that more people would be coming in soon. She’s on had a conversation with the lady she was working on and was kind of making fun of me saying yeah there’s a sign on the door which was very rude. I called her out on it and said you know that’s not very good customer service and unprofessional to be saying that so I will never return here and do not recommend it with people to anyone! Highly unprofessional! After telling her how rude she was for saying that she literally was yelling at me as I’m leaving out the door. I have never experienced such horrible service.
