I have had 3 bad experiences lately. The last time I went I didn’t have my nails on for longer than a week and they broke. And the design didn’t look how it was suppose to. I went in to get new ones put on and lady filed my skin off. And I have a nail I can snap off because the only thing holding it on is the powder they use. Very upset! I’ve paid over 100$ for my nails to not look the way I want and to come off. Will be looking else where to go!

Had an appointment at 4:30 with Fe because she’s good at detail work. Came in at 4:30. Did not get Fe. They started my nails at 6. Took walk-ins the entire time. My nails turned out not at all how I wanted but I was so over it that I didn’t ask them to fix it.

I love it. Did a beautiful job on my nails. Did not rush me . I got french tip with gel polish. I recommend the gel, it’s holding up great, no chipping. I will definitely be back. Worth the money.

I’ve been there several times and never had an issue, but this time was the worst! I arranged for my bridal party several weeks before they told me no big deal. I showed up and the place was full and they looked at me like they had no clue. They got us in and were extremely rude the whole time and this was the most expensive time also. $123 for nails and toes without a tip ? One worker was even FaceTiming while doing my bridesmaids nails. I had it scheduled for 5 and they kept taking walk ins so they were rushed to get out on time. I get it but come on I scheduled this way before! Just very upset with the professionalism we experienced. Nail look good but we didn’t even enjoy our time there.

I stopped in since I was in town to see if they had time for a wax, the guy was very rude & uninviting. Looked at me & said no we don’t, don’t you see we’re busy. He had no smile on his face just plain hate. They just lost a possible customer.
